Couldn't have asked for better roadside assistance! Fast, efficient, and professional! They gave me an ETA and were on time and so friendly! They were a true blessing! I highly recommend Samuel and the other guy that was helping him! P.S. out of all the roadside assistance companies. They were the only ones to reach out on Christmas Eve!! Good, hardworking guys!! Price was great!!

The shop advertises that they are a 24 hour service, but I called multiple times between the hours of 9 pm and 11 p.m. and kept getting a voicemail message.

I don't know how many people they have on staff but they were ready! 8pm ON A SUNDAY they answered the call. Taught me how to use my phone to send my location, gave me an ETA of 20min arrived in 10 minutes and were affordable! I'm putting this number in my call log!

I wish I could give them zero stars! My husband caught a flat tire on the way home from work.. We called them, got a quote, and a time frame for when they would show up. We sat there and waited multiple hours, sent multiple messages, and called multiple times for nobody to show up nor answer our calls nor text. Worse service ever and I would not recommend.

Called late on a Thursday evening and got to tire shop at 9:00pm and they change a tire I need done asap. They where very nice and professional. I was in and out with a good price. Will be back for my tire needs.

My friend took my tire to get replaced on Friday, since it somehow blew and was shredded. Was PROMISED A BRAND NEW tire AND was told the warranty for said tire would be sent via email by Monday. It is Tuesday night, my tire is flat and dull (new tires are shiny) and the warranty has yet to be sent. Unacceptable.

Popped a tire going North on 77 and went to 4 different locations to get a tire only to navigate to this location hoping and praying for it to be 24 hours as advertised. It wasn’t, drove 2 hours out of the way to try and get a tire at 8 at night only to have to keep going on a spare. Not sure who put in it was 24 hours but it just reflects badly on the business.

These guys offered roadside assistance on a snowy night in NC when EVERYONE else was closed. Literally even McDonald's is closed. They changed my tire very quickly! So thankful!!!!!

We had a nail in two of our tires, these guys were open and helped us right away! Great deal especially compared to a quote we got at another place. I would definitely come back if I needed a tire repaired again. I would recommend calling before you head there. We actually called, no one answered and we didn’t leave a message, and we still got a call backs a few minutes later!
