I have been going to USA Automotive for about 5 years now for my new car and my older 2009 sedan. They’ve been keeping both cars running smoothly, and I really appreciate how transparent their billing and assessments are. What really impressed me recently was how they handled a warranty call about work they had performed. Not only did they deal with the question immediately, they found that it was due to an underlying problem on my older car and fixed that too without charging me. I hadn’t expected that height of service from anyone, and their prompt handling has cemented me as a loyal customer.

I've been only using (OLD) Keith and USA Automotive since 2008 for my vehicle needs, small and large. From diagnosing and replacing my daughter's transmission to an oil change (OLD) Keith and the folks at USA Auto have always kept me informed on my vehicles situations, been prompt, fair and knowledgeable. Updated 12/10/2024, just the misfortune of needing the expertise of USA Automotive again and found (NEW) Keith retained the original crew and added some new faces that are just as impressive, Loretta was back up and, on the road, less than 24 hours after having her towed to USA Automotive the morning before.

USA Auto give you a very detailed diagnostic report when they service your vehicle. They let you know what you need now, and why. They tell you what to plan on for your next visit, and they tell you what repairs can wait and how much it will cost when the time comes. The new owner Rance worked with me to explain the fuel system (purge sensor) and suspension issues (sway bar end links), and fixed them all in the same day. I am already planning on bringing my other vehicle in soon for new tires and brakes.

USA Automotive managed to get me scheduled for a pre purchase inspection on short notice. They generated useful reports for me to use later and were thorough and professional. Would recommend.

I absolutely love USA Automotive! Taylor is so kind and knowledgeable. She’ll talk you through every little thing, doesn’t mind repetitive questions, and will ask a colleague if she doesn’t know the answer. She is genuinely eager to help. When I took my car in for an oil change, they didn’t try to push any unnecessary things on me (this filter, that filter, etc.). When I came back in today for an inspection, they sent me a comprehensive breakdown of what needed to be fixed, categorized by priority (instead of reading off a list and saying it all needs to be fixed ASAP). USA Automotive is the best! And, just to make my experience even better, they had absolutely no problem with turning off the TV so I could work and make phone calls while I waited for the inspection to be over. I don’t have enough great things to say about them.

We were out of town and had a pretty major problem. They didn't try to up sale us a bunch of bull crap, thry actually listened to us and tried to get us home. We actually went to 4 other shops before coming here and thank goodness this is where we ended up! They had the upmost integrity and we will definitely be coming back when we're in this area☺️
