Brought my vehicle here for some repairs. First George the service writer wanted to charge me 9 thousand dollars to fix the issues. Long story short they charged me 3,800 dollars to replace my oil pan and put new tie rods to my steering system. When I picked the vehicle up it still drove like crap with no power steering. On top of that when I took it to another shop (that finished and did the job right) they said that the power steering fluid was low a whole quart! I feel they really ripped me off for what I paid. I would not suggest going to this shop for major repairs. They seem to not really care and just want to get you for every dollar they can.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this shop! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, bringing in four different vehicles over the years, and they’ve never let me down. George and his incredible team always go above and beyond to get the work done right. They don’t just fix your car they genuinely care about making sure you’re safe on the road. George takes the time to explain what’s going on, advises on what needs attention, and provides honest quotes without pressuring you into unnecessary work. That kind of transparency is so rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. I also want to give a special shoutout to Gloria, their receptionist, who is nothing short of amazing. She’s always so welcoming, patient, and kind, making every visit a pleasant experience. The whole team is friendly, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. It’s such a relief knowing I can show up with any issue, big or small, and trust them to handle it quickly, efficiently, and with complete integrity. Ya no llevaré mi auto a ningún otro taller que no sea USA Auto Services en Sahara & Decatur. Dejaron mi Honda Accord 2011 casi en las mismas condiciones que estaba el día que lo saqué del Dealer nuevo. Jorge y Angie te hacen sentir que eres de la familia. Los mecánicos son excelentes. Son muy honestos y no intentan engañar a los clientes para ganar más ellos. Si pudiera darles 10 estrellas, se las daría. Muchas gracias

Don’t fall for that $9.99 smog they take forever, plus they take your keys and can’t be in car when they do it, they come back with BS THAT YOUR CAR NEEDS this and that, I was there for smog why did they open hood

Pesimo servicio y atencion fui para hacer una inspeccion para uber y Lyft y me dieron el papel incorrecto despues cuando fui para arreglar me dijeron k lo hiciera yo con una computadora al final solo me hicieron uno cuando necesitava los dos y me cobraron 89 pesimo lugar no vallan si no kieren pasar una mala esperiencia

The WORST MOST DISHONEST BUISNESS THAT STEELS YOUR MONEY IN ALL OF LAS VEGAS and NEVADA!!! I went in to get something Serious fixed (Fuel Line Leak) from the mechanic that has worked on my car but at a different shop. He saw why there was a fuel leak and said he could fix it! He charged me close to $400!! A couple days later my Gas Gauge Stopped working and have to keep track of the gas used by miles driven then a couple weeks later the Same problem started again and the Gas Smell was So Much Worse!! I called USA AUTO and spoke to the Mgr. and found out that the mechanic that worked on it was Fired, Not Surprised, but the Mgr. told me to bring it to him and he’d definitely fix it! I went there Every Day because he Promised it would be finished each day! After he had my car for Over A WEEK and Nothing was Done I told him I was going to take it to someone I was referred to and he said that I needed to PAY him First Before he would give me my keys!! I said I didn’t owe him for anything cause he Never even addressed the mess his mechanic did that he Fired! He said… “I Can’t have your car sit here for a week and not Charge you for something!!” I asked what he planned on charging for and he said “I LOOKED AT IT” I said I look at my car everyday and I’m not going to pay you for that Ridiculous Comment! He said he WOULD NOT give you your keys until you pay me $375!! Now I’ve paid over $700 AND WAS THREATENED, INSULTED, DISRESPEDTED AND BULLIED!!! I’ve Called Every number Associated with USA AUTO, I’ve sent several emails and spoke to the District Manager in October and he Never got back to me as Promised, calls sent to voicemail and Never responding to any texts!!! This company WILL NEVER FIX YOUR CAR CORRECTLY MAKE UP “CHARGES” KEEP YOUR KEYS UNTIL YOU PAY FOR MADE-UP CHARGES AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Lying Embezzling Thieves!!!!!

Went for an oil change ... They offered a tire rotation part of the service they said . Then gave me a list of repairs I needed out to $4000. Dollars and that I needed new brakes ... I went home checked the break pads they stated were worn out . Half the pad still on pads .. Won't need a break job for about another 10 months ... Since I declined the service ...... They didn't rotate shhhhhht...

Beware. I went to do my oil change here. They did not add enough oil in engine. I went back to do my oil change and demanded they do their job correctly. No argument. They already knew. Beware..they use less oil to save . Check after service is done or demand they show you oil level.

FYI letting the public know my best friend was seen by George the manger for the past few months they taking thousands of dollars from my best friend they took advantage that fact that she was a woman and alone they charge her for a part they say was brand new turn out it’s used this shop is dishonest and scum people out of there money this place deserves to be put of service

First we didn’t come here initially on purpose. We had a tire blow and another almost blow. We happened to stop right in front of their shop. The guys put the donut on and recommended a tire place Close by. All nice guys and happy there are still good guys out there. So I decided to bring my car in the next day so they can do my brakes. Awesome service nice people in the garage and front desk. Will be bringing my two other cars here soon.

How horrible these mechanics take advantage of woman who don’t know about vehicles. my daughter paid $3500 for the mechanics to put in a used catalytic converter. The catalytic has welds cracks missing screws. It was not put in right. George wants to keep charging my daughter for other parts that are not fixing the car and he refuses to change the catalytic converter. It is not brand new. It is a used one. Please ladies do not take your vehicle here they like to rip off women You have a huge lawsuit ahead of you USA auto

If I could give a negative Star I would. For over a year they have been working on my sisters SUV charging her over 5grand, the suv comes out running good and weeks go by and it stops, she takes it in and they charge her more and advise her something else is wrong, she took it today to a different mechanic shop and they showed her that all the parts they have added are not new but used and welded together in the wrong spots causing it to break down. She has hired a lawyer to sue them as they have committed fraud. DO NOT TRUST THEM.... Will be going to the news and reporting everywhere we can. Just because she is a women they took advantage of her and thought they would get away with it.

If I could put no stars on this review I definitely would. This place has screwed up my husbands truck to the point that we have had to put a lot of money into it to fix the issues. First, took the truck in to have the plugs replaced. The next day while driving the truck a spark plug blew out of the cylinder. I was told by the chief mechanic that nothing his tech would've done would case that. He told me I needed a new catalitic convertor that this is what caused that. Supposedly while replacing the convertor they found all my O2 sensors needed replaced as well. Made one trip with the truck and the check engine light came on. The diagnostic showed that another plug wasn't firing properly. It was discovered that the plug was put in cross threaded. Cost over $300 to have that repaired because the threading was screwed up. At that time the O2 sensors were already bad and had to be replaced again, obviously by someone who knew what they were doing and not USA. Now the check engine light came on again and I'm being told I need a new catalitic convertor. The one that USA installed was not new. This all has taken place sine May 2024. I wouldn't allow them to work on a go cart. I would never trust them with anything so please beware.

Need to change my 5 star review to a 1 star.All usa auto should be criminality change, fined and fully investigated for past criminality to other customers.My friend failed his smog test and paid someone at usa auto $200 to pass smog"Illegal" and send the DMV the paper that says he passed. He got his tags.

These people are just scammers. Very dishonest, and are very nasty to you if you know anything about a car, because they know you are a waste of their time of trying to fool you. A low price for a smog is attractive, but not worth it, because they scam the money out of you anyway. They didn't scam me because I knew better

These people are lower than low. I was looking for Global auto repair and I hated that I didn’t pursued my appointment with them until George came out and begged me not to let them service my vehicle because they weren’t Nevada state certified. These people are nothing but scammers and thieves. They didn’t repair my car and stole my new Audi battery. Came in for engine repairs and axial repairs. They charged me over $1800 dollars for the engine and charged my car shield plan over $900 for the axial and stole my new battery. Before I left with my vehicle George mentioned that engine light still may come back on because he needed to repair more parts (piglets) on the engine. I told him this is why I left my vehicle here to be fixed. I drove off the parking lot with my engine light still on. Now I have to find another repair shop to fix my car. I wished I would have went to Global auto because they have some good reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t see USA reviews.

I HATE THIS PLACE IF YOU A GIRL PLEASE DONT COME ALONG THEY WILL TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN AND WANT BECAUSE YOU A GIRL I GAVE THEM OVER 2 bands in the last week I been here since 8am it’s 4pm I paid him at 12 and my car still not done this the most unprofessional shop I been to they played me out so much money just because I’m a girl the manger will literally act like he helps you and just taking more and more money from you ! DONT COME HERE ALONE

A bunch of crooks! My car wouldn’t start at all, so i took it here to get it fixed. They quoted me for all types of random issues but we settled on what would get my car running since i needed it for work. They recommended i used a financing company they partner with since i couldn’t afford the repairs and was desperate. After they took a whole day to complete the work, i got the car back and car ran for maybe 2 days before the same problem happened and my car wouldn’t stop in a random parking lot. I ended up getting it towed to another shop and got the issue fixed. Which costed half of what they charged me. If you do decide to go here, make sure you bring a mechanic with you so you don’t get robbed like I did! Reply to their Reply: I actually forgot about it all until the finance company you guys promote contacted me about paying them the money i used to get scammed by you guys recently. It’s just sad how yall get over on people struggling in Vegas with no consequence. I’ll post the invoices when i have time as well.

Don’t take your vehicle here. I had my employee bring a company truck in to do simple fixes, was charged $1000, those fixes were not done and then kicked him out of the store when going back in to coordinate them getting it done since we had paid. Jorge hung up the phone while discussing this and threw it at my employee. Scammers and horrible customer service.

I came to the Flamingo and Jones shop and got an oil change, very comfortable atmosphere and and gave very thorough feedback about my car with financial options to pay conveniently for me. Very grateful for James and the front desk guy was, very helpful and friendly. I was in and out really quick, my experience was 10 out of 10. Thanks to the guys at that shop for a good experience.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I get that certian shops have over head and bills and employees to pat. So prices will be a bit higher. But don't take advantage of people who are older and who don't know about cars. My mom took her car to get serviced and charged het more than $1000 for some gaskets. I mean get real. Those are pieces of rubber and they charged more than $300 each. Those things cost no more $35 or $40. If u come here get a second quote. But I aint letting my mom here again.

I have had a lot of work done here and I’ve alway been happy on how quick they do my repairs. Being a woman going to a mechanic can be scary but George was very thorough and patient explaining all my car needs. I’m glad I chose U.S.A. Auto as my permanent home for all my car repairs now and in the future.

This is the only place I’ve had my car serviced since I moved to Vegas 2 years ago. I took my car here in October to get work done on the rear area to ensure my brakes were operating and being supported as needed. I told the team I thought something was wrong because there was a sound coming from the back when I would brake. They took a look, told me there was an issue and it was unsafe to drive my car so the issue had to be resolved right away. I paid $500+ and had to bring the car back later in the week when the part came in only to have the same sound surface this summer. I had an off putting feeling anytime I went in because an oil change always ended with $500+ of work needing to be done that wasn’t caught the time before. Since my car is older and I was putting a number of miles on it I understood work would be needed to maintain it. I finally decided to go to another shop today that I was referred to by a friend and this shop showed me how bad the rear of my car looks with no work done at all. I had a feeling I was being ripped off and couldn’t prove it l, only for another shop to finally show me. I now am going to pay another $500+ dollar to actually get work done on the rear area of my car because it still isn’t considered safe to drive, even after all of this time. Im so blessed that nothing happened to me on the road and my car held up. It’s sickening that this shop could allow anyone to get on the road in an unsafe manner and take their money. Don’t spend a dime on this place and as a woman be weary of anything they tell you because they aren’t going to help and they will charge you no problem. I’m glad I’m no longer being ripped off and my car will be taken care of. My name in their system is Deshawndamae and my car is a Toyota Yaris, in the event you all want to claim I didn’t get my car serviced here. I will also have all parts given back from new place to show proof
