0 stars or -5 ....horrible service , the worst service i had in my life .... so never ever again ... we wait for a long hour and a half, then the smog machine is broken because they want me to fix my car with them $1000's and $1000's .... so weird. They don't want to service me , After I say no thansk I don't want to fix my car here , i only need the smog ... and reject to give me the service with a very bad attitude....

They are liars and scammers. They told me I blew my engine, and it would cost me $5,000 to repair it and that I should just sell it to them for $1,000 so they can resell it as a used. I went to another location. They only found a crack in my oil tank. No engine problems. They fixed my tank for $200. Stay away from USA Auto Service!!!

Went back 2x to fix break pads n rotors and I'm driving around like a squeaky toy. The warranty is over so I'm s.o.l. why go back a 3rd time to fix the same problem, that's the mere definition of insanity.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! SCAM!!!!! Do not go here!!! I went in for a flat tire and they took my car apart and tried to sell me $2000 in parts and stuff they said I needed! They told me I could put it on credit. My car only has 15k miles on it and only 2 years old. I think they prey on women and older people thinking we don’t know anything about cars. I was intimidated because they had my car apart thinking they might do something to the car if I didn’t do what they wanted. The guy was super aggressive about me getting all this extra stuff. It ended up costing me $500 for the tire and a tire rotation. Total scam artist!!!! They buy reviews as well!!! So the 5 star reviews are FAKE!!!

-100/5 Stars. Repeatedly lying, irresponsible, and no one can be held accountable. If you want your nightmare to come true, come here. Cheap smok is just a trap. Luring you with cheap smok and telling you your car is going to break down so you will pay them a lot of money haha. Rude, deceitful, annoying. If your car has a problem, come here. If you are lucky, the problem will be solved. But if not, it will be a nightmare. The problem I found besides the rude behavior. Is using fake parts at the price of genuine parts. The labor cost is unreasonably expensive. The problem still does not go away because they do not know the real cause. To make matters worse, replacing the original genuine parts with the fake parts makes the problem worse. They do not accept it, but will make you pay more money to fix it. You read all the reviews. I do not need to lie. This business should no longer be able to continue. "Mike is a scammer", not a manager or salesperson.

Came here due to a headlight out, came with a new one to see if it'd help. It didn't, & they quoted us 1700 . After YouTube, found the fuse box responsible & was a 10$ fix. RED FLAG!!! They literally assumed the worse without checking the simple stuff which is crazy. Don't go here on your worst day.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I walked in on November 8th explaining that my steering wheel had no electrical power I broke it down and explain that when I try to honk the horn there's nothing when I touched the up and down arrows to go through my menu on my dash there's nothing I cannot check my oil because of not being able to use the buttons could not check how much mileage was on the car which was affecting my job. after a day or two I went back into talked to them since I had left the car there to get done and was told it needed a clock spring I applied for koalifi credit and was approved for $1200. Later I found out they ordered used parts from LKQ and my part was only $120. After about 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks they told me to come pick up the car it was done when I got there I still was having the same issue no electrical power in the steering wheel I went to talk to the manager about what happened and was told that they accidentally replaced the rack and pinion instead of the clock spring how in the world is there that much of a miscommunication on what is supposed to get done so I was told by the manager that he would take care of it. I went back two weeks later to pick up the car after being told it was done. And it was not driving properly the stabilitrak was not coming on as well as power steering and those are signs were not coming on when I dropped the car off. So I was told I had to leave the car again finding out that the rack and pinion which they were never supposed to touch in the first place was defective and they had to reorder the part we waited another week and a half for a part to come that part wasn't the right part waited another week for a part to comeand when it finally did after they put it in I went back to pick the car up after having it over New Year's Eve realizing my car was still not driving right the stabilitrak and power steering is still coming on which it never did when I dropped it off. I go back January 2nd to show the manager Georgie Georgia of what's going on and have a mechanic test dryvit they tell me to drop the car off in the morning and leave it so that they can do another inspection when I go back January 3rd to pick the car back up now they're telling me the lower control arms and struts need to be replaced at that point I was furious I literally just had a shop replace those same exact parts that can only tell me that the mechanics at USA Auto service are uneducated not qualified the type of miscommunication to touch a part that they weren't supposed to in the first place is disgusting I've emailed corporate multiple times never received an email back or a phone call on everything that's transpired I have proof from LKQ that the parts that they had replaced are all under $300 put together. How are you pulling 1200 from KOALIFI? I was told labor was 75.00 an hour and it only took 2 hours 4 hours at Max to do the work. Looks like fraud to me number one add number two corporate already knows what's going on and the crooked s*** that's going on in there otherwise they would have reached out to me at some point since they've had the car for 2 months. Now to find out that they broke brand new parts that were put in is ridiculous I literally brought the car from one shop that fixed all that stuff directly to them to fix the electrical power issue in my steering wheel. They have completely destroyed my car put me in debt with a auto finance company that you can't send documents to and a domino effect that took place because they had the car for 2 months and destroyed it in the end. They are very nonchalant people nobody really has anything to say at this point it's a bunch of women running the shop and Krystal who answers the phone will never have a clue on what's going on with the cars. At least when Nico was there he did his due diligence to update you on your vehicle. You have to stay on them about your own car they won't let you know when they're done inspecting it. And according to Georgie they rode around in my car all day. But why lie to me and say the errors are not coming on

Considero que son unos estafadores. Yo quiero relatar algo que me sucedió. Llevé mi carro a arreglar y por los precios que me dieron dije que no quería. Pues mi carro no me lo dieron ese día no me lo dejaron llevar. Lo dejaron en su taller tres días sin querer dármelo. Uno de los días que fui a buscar mi carro estaba desarmado y en el taller había un carro idéntico de la misma marca que necesitaba un motor nuevo según ellos. Cuando pregunte porque mi carro estaba desarmado me dieron una vil excusa. Y tampoco me dejaron llevármelo. Tenían mi carro sin mi consentimiento y yo sin podérmelo llevar. Cuando les dio la gana de devolverme el carro mi carro no suena bien el aire acondicionado no funciona. Y al motor le falta el logo del Maserati

Deben ser mas profesionales, este trabajo es como los doctores, hice el mantenimiento general de las 60k millas y mi auto es Infiniti (con transmisión cvt) por esa razón me dirijo al mecánico antes que hiciera el mantenimiento y le digo que por favor me deje saber las condiciones del aceite de la transmisión pero como siempre, me entregan la llave al final y me dicen ya esta listo paga y chao lol voy a buscar al mecanismo para obtener ni respuesta, pero el mecánico ya se fue, y nadie sabe que tan bien o mal estaba mi vehículo. Pero eso fue hace un mes, hoy vengo a hacer un chequeo de otro vehículo que atiendo aquí y me quieren cobrar por chequear el auto! Me fui a otro sitio a pesar de que le expliqué que no soy nuevo, que tengo mas de un vehículo en su sistema y que nunca pagué para que chequearan los autos antes . Gracias por nada!

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! COMPLETE SCAMMERS ! DON’T GO HERE ! My check engine light was on, I paid $1,200 to get fixed, Took them 5 hours. Went back 2 weeks later because engine light never went off. They said it’s gunna be another $4,000 to fix. Complete waste of time and money spent on nothing. DON’T TRUST THIS PLACE

went in and thought all i needed was a hose and fuel pump... then was told i needed an insane in repairs 🤯🤯 car is 2005 so the blue book value doesnt even equal to that... predatory loan... im smelling fumes when i drive and steering wheel hard to turn...car seems to be in worse shape than ever before ..totally dissatisfied ...plus you have to make payments every two weeks ..just got car back yesterday and payment came out today even though i called to verify and was given a different date.. now account overdrawn..... ladies please bring a man with you... this place isnt worth it.. id risk it with an uncle or local repair shop

They were very rude to us. Kept us waiting without any updates, but would help people who came in after us. When we asked how long it would take they said we “yelled” and “rushed” them and dismounted our car. We were very respectful and polite waiting for over two hours without them even checking the car or giving us any update on when they would check the car.

I came in today 6/22/24 For a simple oil change and a smog. Well thanks to service writer Michael he may have saved my life ! I had no idea that my front Axl needed to be replaced and I was in desperate need for brakes. The Axl seriously could have popped of my tire. And who knows what damage it would do to my car, passengers or the general public. I was not expecting an UP SALE. BUT it was not !! He actually took the time to show me the Axl problem and what was left of my brakes. Seriously no pressure but did show me a way to pay for it with a in-house financing company. He explained everything in simple terms and the mechanics worked quickly and efficiently. I fully trust this shop and will be back for another amazing service. Thank you Michael and your GREAT TEAM. 👍

Yesterday, I went to this shop for a SMOG check. While checking that, Mike (Manager) went through a complementary check up of my vehicle (Kia Sportage LX 2009) and found that the driving belt tensioner is not working properly. It was shaking and the belt was displaced. Also, the belt was old enough to replace. I left it on the store and this morning they changed the damaged parts. While helping my problem solved, they also gave me an overview of the process and showed how bad the situation was. It already started to damage the timing belt cover. I thank to all the members of this store and definitely will keep seeing for any auto repair.

GEORGIE NOT GOOD AUTO SERVICE MGR. My vehicle towed 8.28.23. Georgie said $89 for diagnostic which bill came via text shop monkey for $300. I asked her about this difference. She said it doesn't matter if we do the work that will be taken off. She told me I had ignition issues, wiring, & I needed a fuse box. She said she'd work up price & sent me 3 links via text for financing. WOW....she called me back with price of $1685.00. I told her I qualified for financing with American 1st Finance. She asked how much were you approved for. I told her I wasn't going to tell her that amt. I was scared she'd make new amount that amt. I told her I couldn't afford $1685 & I didn't even qualify near that amt. After back & forth she said she'd fix my ignition issues, chg wiring, & put in New fuse box. I told her I needed oil change & smog. She said she'd do that @ no charge for $1300. I agreed. She said car should be ready by Thursday. I called & she said waiting on parts to come in. Understandable. No call Friday, Saturday, or Monday labor day 9.4.23. Tuesday 9.5.23 I called & she said they were finishing up my car. 9.6.23 Wednesday car ready. Gloria gave me my keys. My key was bent & I asked why? Got no response. Walked to my car had difficult time getting vent key in to unlock door. I started car & car wouldn't get out of park. As I was fuming about issues to mechanic the keys fell out of my ignition & car was still running. Since they replaced ignition switch as part of solving original ignition issue they damaged my ignition cylinder apparently which I'm assuming why my key was bent as I was trying to get in my car. Georgie said she'd fix o/d situation & cylinder. Next thing I know she presents me with a bill for $169.05. This is above & beyond $1300 I'm financing. They bent my key, they broke cylinder not me so I told her I didn't have that. She said car will be ready tomorrow or next day. Friday 9.8.23 car ready via text msg. I go in office I told Gloria i needed to check my car that issues were fixed. Gloria handed me keys & old cylinder part. Georgie said I snatched keys from Gloria. My friend with me & that didn't happen. As I walked out to parking lot Georgie followed. She asked for my keys. I told her I wasn't gonna pay her $169.05 because they are the ones that damaged cylinder NOT ME. Cylinder not broken when dropped off. I called American 1st spoke with advocate Allison about what was going on. GEORGIE yelling @ me while on hold to Am 1st that she was calling police because i was trying to steal my car. No I was getting advice from American 1st finance. Allisonadvicate American 1st said pay it & America 1st will call me next week about issues with USA auto #8. When I went into to pay, Gloria was adding smog to invoice. Smog was originally agreed no charge & oil chg in $1300. They can go into their computer & alter originals customers agree upon. After argument again she's calling security & I'm 86. USA did the work & I have warranty for 1 year so owner will have to deal with any issues if anything happens. Owner needs a qualified service writer manager that doesn't lie to customers & overcharge. Georgie creates unhappy customers & ratings proves it.

Came here for a smog they were quick & let me know of the problems my car had. Did not have the money today to fix it as I barely got the car running again. They did give me a quote on 2 repairs that was needed. Both guy at the counter & manger seemed like good people. Can't speak for car service but forsure go here for a smog if you got a small car. They have a little lobby with a television to help with young ones if you plan on bringing them along. I would say its a family friendly place. Also Applebees is next door if you really needed to wait for something to be fixed would not be a bad idea to do both. More than likely will have em mount new tires for me in the near future

They did a great job helping me understand why my automobile went through three starters all within a month and a half time frame. They have very fair prices and they have financing available if you're in a pinch with income.

Went in for a an oil change that cost me $90 and left with an oil leak, power steering leak and a radiator leak. They are professional crooks creating more problems on your vehicle to get more service. Please don’t come here. They will disfigure your car! 🚫🚫🚫 THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED
