This shop is extremely shady and unprofessional. I will NEVER bring my vehicles here again. They installed the wrong filter in my car, causing all the oil to drain out. I had to pay out of pocket to redo the oil change elsewhere, costing me even more money. The so-called manager (the guy with green eyes) is a complete liar—BEWARE! He tried to tell me that both of my vehicles needed their fluids drained, which was clearly a scam. He pushes unnecessary services and pressures customers into signing off on mechanical work they don’t actually need. Do not trust this business!

This place is a joke. Took my car there for a smog certificate. when I asked them how long it would take, they said if I wanted a tire rotation, it would take 45 minutes. After waiting for more than an hour and seeing that my car had not been moved I went back and they were talking and having fun. After I angrily confronted them, they sent someone to do the smog which was finally done after 1:20 minutes. This business has no respect for their customers or themselves, so avoid it.

I went to this auto repair location to get a simple $9.99 Emission test done on my 2012 Chrysler Town & County and was my first time visiting this shop and after an unnecessary wait time of an inspection on my vehicle I didn’t ask for I ended up leaving with a laundry list of things they recommended to a cost of $3,209.98 that’s utterly BS!!!!! Some of the things they listed has already been done and since my vehicle sits in my garage I would have noticed if there was any kind of leaks from fluids but there hasn’t been for the past two years until today!?!?!?!? So apparently my upper and lower radiator hoses are leaking based on their inspection well it wasn’t before I went there but now there’s a small area of fluid underneath my vehicle. And the kicker about all this is the vehicle is a mobility van that is hardly ever used, we’ve owned it since 2019 and have barely put 2,000 miles on it!!!!! People and businesses like this make me so upset that they already see the vehicle is for someone who is handicapped and you do side shady shit to people who already are struggling one way or another Shame on You! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I’ll have my vehicle checked by Chrysler but I assure you USA Auto wouldn’t be the ones to do the repairs since I’ll apparently have a hose leak to have done…

Terrible lugar.. fui por un simple cambio de aceite después de hacerle el servicio vi que tenía un likeo de aceite que salía del tornillo que va en el oil pan ,la primera persona que hizo el cambio apretó demasiado el tornillo que dañó el cárter de aceite..regrese al taller otra persona le puso otro tornillo después le agregó otro tipo de aceite que no es el recomendado lo mixteo..en resumen en este lugar no tienen gente capacitada ni para poder hacer un simple cambio de aceite terminan dañando tu vehículo,lo tuve que llevar a otro lugar ..ahórrate dinero tiempo y un dolor de cabeza que te ocasiona si vas ahí.. no recomiendo para nada este lugar 👎

Siempre llevábamos los carros a cambiarles el aceite a este taller USA AUTO en la Rancho y nunca habíamos tenido ningún problema..ahora q cambiaron el personal,lleve mi carro para el cambio de aceite y empezaron a decir q tenía q cambiar esto q si lo otro etc ..resulta q le hicieron el cambio de aceite y safaron o dañaron algo q mi carro tienen un enorme salidero de aceite y se lo regresé y el solo me dijeron q tiene q cambiar algunas cosas q por eso estaba tirando aceite..cuando ellos fueron los q lo dañaron para obligarme a q arreglara el carro con ellos. Eso antes no pasaba hay ..no por lo menos a mi..Ahora el encargado es un señor alto Blanco de ojos verdes..es un estafador OJO

They're already a little over priced, I go in there to get a Flu pop, They checked my car over and told me what was wrong. They asked me if I Wanted to do that right now. I told the guy three times no Before I had to yell. I feel They're just there To get as much money out of you as they can, They don't really care about the human being in front of them.

These guys are trust worthy, know what they are doing and got me in and out right away and back on the road. Go see them today for all your car needs! Rancho and cheyenne. You can have a cup of coffee at Mcdonalds while waiting. Very convenient

I had my mom take the car there when it got there the car was cranking and the battery was good when we didn’t want to do the service we got the car back nothing was turning on these people sound cool but they try to run it up on you 1300 to fix a fuel pump is ridiculous don’t go there period

People outside told me they would try to sell me more, to lie the car was not mine. Please do not go here. Did smoke check and guys didn’t offer to finish the registration there.Only to do more work. I went to the my regular dealership next day. The guy in the front desk also suggested I purchased more as Saul (the guy that helped me said) and told incoming clients a machine was broken so he could enjoy his food on his brake. Front desk offered freebies for a review on google and yelp. Please look at business bureau for true reviews. They will brake your car to charge you more. Please don’t go here.

Horrible service and they will rob you especially if you’re a woman. Paid $1800 for services that were not completed and the next day after engine light was back on. A waste of time and money. They offer fake warranty and come back with bs excuses. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

My oil change was $53. They tried to sell me on repairs I didn't need even after expressing my disinterest in hearing suggestions. I likely won't be coming back.
