Honestly had a horrible experience at this location. Nothing but problem after problem. And over things that I had no part of. First of they up charge you on parts like craaazy. Just to end up doing mediocre work. Went in for a lift kit on my truck. Ended up taking over 3 weeks to complete and still was never even complete. Issue after issue. After those 3 weeks I still had to go back over and over again for simple minor things that should have been handled SINCE THE BEGINNING. I paid over 5,000 for the lift kit and the alignment price was supposed to be included in that price. However later on I opted to get some upper control arms installed, the manager Hector told me himself that if I bought them then he would install them for free. Once I completed the alignment I went back for my reimbursement of $150 just to be told by hector that apparently now his boss didn’t want to reimburse me that because my truck had already been in that shop for too long (even though it was never my fault) and that because hector the manager had decided to install free of charge the control arms, and that now they weren’t going To reimburse me for the alignment. Which was all part of our original deal. I emailed corporate about the issue trying to resolve the issue and to this date, I’ve yet to hear back from them. Very disappointed and never getting anything done from USA Auto ever again.

UPDATE: SCUMMY BUSINESS TRYING TO DENY I WAS EVER THERE. HERES EVIDENCE IVE BEEN HERE. IVE NOW REPORTED THIS COMPANY. I BROUGHT TO ANOTHER AUTOSHOP AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY DID NOT REPAIR THINGS THAT I PAID FOR!! I was originally not going to leave a negative review since the staff were pretty friendly. Unfortunately they used our lack of knowledge in mechanical work against us. I brought my car in after accident from a different shop that gave me an outrageous quote. I gave this shop the quote from the previous shop mentioning the frame and suspension being messed up. I was then told a quote days later saying EVERYTHING would be fixed for $6k. They worked with lowering the price for me but unfortunately come to find out on pick up of my vehicle, 2 and a half weeks after the original due date, that price didn’t even include fixing my suspension. It included only the pulling of my cars frame and cosmetic work that I stated originally that I did not want done but only agreed since it seemed like a good price. They wanted an extra $2,500 for my front left suspension. They told me they would beat the price of the other place but with the original ask of fixing my suspension it would have been almost $3k more. I had to unfortunately take my car and drive a very sketchy ride to another mechanic who has since agreed I had been scammed. They also forgot my license plate at the body shop they sent my car to and am now having to drive 25 minutes back to the shop to pick it up a day later. After over a month with 0 communications from the shop, having to call every week, and the continuous delay of the car’s pick up, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Now I’m financially struggling with a car that still isn’t fixed. Go absolutely anywhere else to fix your car.

Went to do smog test last week it was failed. And they ask to do the test and have to pay another 49.99 and then give the quotation what to repair, up to 7k. No repair the smog test will failed. went to another shop with the same day, guess what smog test was successful and get to renew the Registration on the same day at the dmv kiosks

Had an oil change here. They torqued the oil drain plug on so much that it mauled the head now I’m having to replace my whole oil pan. So I call and have the worst customer service I’ve ever had. So if there was a 0 star option I’d choose that

I had them put on a new serpentine belt the new belt was squealing they said I needed a compressor if that was not rounded right someone else fixed it they charged me $100 for nothing the new one rounded correct

Don't even waste your time with this place. I called for a simple oil change and sent my wife over there to get it done on a SIMPLE KIA SOUL. My wife left upset casue they tried to have her do almost $2000 in work for no reason. these guys are a SKAM most likely you done need all the crap they say you might need. Its crazy they would try and get you to do all this other junk for a simple oil change. They take off all the wheels and do like a dealer inpection for no damn reason i asked for an oil change not all that other stuff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

My husband was very impressed with the service he received on his first visit to USA Auto on 3665 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV that he insisted we take our other vehicle in for a break inspection prior to driving to California and back. After the inspection was performed, Hector advised us our front brakes were fine and gave us an estimate of when we should have the brakes worked on. There was no charge for the brake inspection. The wait time for the service was minimal and I must add that Julie, the receptionist at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Surprisingly, Hector recognized my husband from when he went in to service his vehicle 4 months ago. They are professional, honest and customer-centric. USA Auto is definitely our “go to” mechanics!! This place are totally scam artists. Come in for smog check and oil change estimate under $50 fair.THIS IS WHEN THEY DO THEIR SCAM ARTIS. SMOG DID NOT PASSED DUE TO JUST REPLACE BATTERY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE VINHICLE BEING PARK FOR AWHILE AS THE Scammer STATED. Scammer STATED THAT PROBLEM.RECOMMEND REPLACING ALL FLUID SERVICES WICH $295 today special only $255 + THEIR SCAM TAX .10 MINUTES LATER OFFER FREE TIRE ROTATION THEN .recommend replacing front brake $600, controls arm s600 + 4 hours labor s120 an hour everything will come to $1600 can do in 2 hour.End up only replacing all fluid which maybe only replacing engine oil. Left and car run weir and smog did not pass.DONT EVEN THOUGH COME TO USA SERVICE #3 IF YOU DONT WANT TO ABSORB THEIR SCAM TECHNIC. I JUST REPORT THIS FACILITY TO BAD BUSINESS BUREAU.. GOT THE EMAIL STATING INVESTIGATION ON THE WAY.they scammed everyone even the handicap person.

I had several issues with my car and after going to my dealership repair service I was very depressed with the price and the amount of time it was going to take so my boyfriend suggested to go to this place and they took care of me in the best way possible Luis is the manager and he put my mind at ease and the pricing was very fair. The car runs like new excellent experience highly recommend it

I've had the worst experience I could ever have in a body shop here. I asked for an oil change, but the staff added multiple services at their disposal and ultimately forced me to pay a total of $400. The only thing I asked for was an oil change, but the staff tried to rip me off and added multiple services, and honestly, there was nothing wrong with my car and nothing has changed since they did the service. The staff who work here can think that people who come here are stupid and rip people off, so I would never recommend visiting

THIS IS MY SECOND CHANCE GIVING THEM , JUST WANT TO GET SMOG TEST LAST YEAR BUT THEY CLAIMED YOUR VEHICLE NEED HAVE OIL CHANGE, WHICH I DID JUST 1 MONTH AGO.....LAST FRIDAY I TRIED GIVING THEM THE SECOND CHANCE, AGAIN BESIDE THE SMOG TEST THEY ON PURPOSE DAMAGE MY CAR AND SAID IT'S JUST A FREE OF CHARGE TIRE ROTATION. They took out all 4 tires and said offer free rotation without my consent…..but at the same time they damaged my side panel and banged it. And the receptionist had attitude, so impolite and seems like I owed her millions

Very unhappy on what occured to me at this location. You come in for the 9.99 smog test but they will have a reason you need something else to your car. They said my car was low on oil even though I had changed my oil two months prior. They put excessive oil in the engine then it needed thus creating an oil leak. Later did I find out the tech also opened a coolant drain beneath the car and didn't close it all the way. This created a leak for the coolant. Someone stole a pair of earbuds Bluetooth earphones and a wrench from my trunk. This place won't take responsibility for the damages for your car. This place is a total scam Whoever worked on my car is thief and doesn't know how to work on cars. This place is predatory. They will find a reason to work on your car when you don't need too.

I wrote this review over a month ago and didn’t realize it did not post.. Probably because I used a mean word.. so I cleaned it up some.. This place is a prime example of why average folks don’t trust mechanics. I needed a smog check and ended up allowing them to do a “free inspection” also.. They insisted I needed almost $3K in repairs and refused to do the smog check until these repairs were done.. because it would be too dangerous to drive this car. First of all, this is an old beater work car with 150K miles on it and has had a very slight water leak in which I simply top off the reservoir maybe once a month. They insisted the water leak was “severe”.. and also said “nobody will smog this vehicle in the condition it’s in”. That’s not true. I’m not even sure what other repairs they had in mind.. The car drives and runs fine. Slight leaks (a drip here and a drip there). I told them to give me the keys and I’ll be on my way. Drove one mile down the road and instantly got my smog check from another location without any problem whatsoever . Yes, this old car could probably use some repairs.. but insisting I absolutely must have the “severe” repairs before they would do the smog test is a “opposite of a good deal”. Fortunately I’m smart enough to know what repairs are a must and what can be put off.. Topping off my reservoir once a month with coolant has worked for years.. don’t need to spend 700 bucks for a thermostat and housing. To top things off he said he would “waive the $80 diagnostic fee”.. What?! It was a “free inspection” from the beginning… They really believe everyone is “opposite of smart”.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMER! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE ON PURPOSE AND THEN CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND LEG FOR REPAIRS WHICH THEY WILL THEN SABOTAGE! HUTCH AND ALL HIS MECHANICS ARE SCAMMERS! I had just moved to Nevada and bought a used car that was in GREAT condition. Took it to Jiffylube for a basic oil change and radiator flush, no problems, no leaks, NOTHING! After that, all it needed was an O2 sensor replaced so that it could pass a smog check for registration, THATS IT! I decided to try them out for a cheap diagnostics that HUTCH said they wouldn’t charge me for once they found the problem and repaired it. I waited for almost two hours and wondered why it was taking so long. Well, it turns out while I was waiting, they were busy DAMAGING one of my radiator hoses (the one that connects the cap to the radiator)! Once they finished, HUTCH showed me the leak, which looked as if someone had indeed pulled off the hose and let out all my fluid onto the garage bay floor and said “Oh, it turns out your radiator is cracked and leaking and the whole thing needs to be replaced and it’s dangerous to drive it like this” followed by showing me a list of all the other “issues” they found that needed to be addressed, which included spark plug replacement and a fuel injection service they referred to as a “sea foam cleaning” and then finally showed me that the O2 sensor did need to be replaced. They were trying to charge me over $1500 for all these other problems that had nothing to do with what I had originally went in for. Whats worse is that when I became upset and told them that there was no problems with the radiator prior to bringing the car in, HUTCH began to talk down to me and insult me by saying “What? You dont have the money? Really? You can’t pay for this?” and then suggested I get on a finance plan to be able to pay off the charges. I told him to get my car down and that I was going somewhere else, which visibly irritated him and his attitude got worse. I had no choice but to pay the $120 for the diagnostics fee because I refused to pay for the repairs and services. I decided to take matters into my own hands and examined the radiator hose myself. At first I thought it was just loosened and made to look as if the radiator was leaking, so I tightened the hose and drove for a few days only for it to start leaking AGAIN! This time, I pulled the hose off and whatta ya know, the hose had a small cut in it where it was leaking, as if someone took a box cutter and cut into the hose. I went out to buy a new hose and replaced it myself. It only cost me about $30 and now there is NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! NO LEAKS, NOTHING! The radiator is in top shape and functions normally as it should. Then I decided to replace the spark plugs and the O2 sensor myself. Complete success and it only cost me under $100 bucks for each replacement. The car passed smog and was registered later that week. In conclusion, HUTCH and all his goons are running a scamming operation and need to be put out of business. I’m going to repost this and the following pictures below on all other review sites they are on and will be talking to a lawyer about legal ramifications and lawsuits. I’m sick and tired of mechanics scamming unsuspecting customers and it needs to be put to an end!

There is a mechanic who thinks he's so slick with that attitude, I come in for a simple oil change- after he drains my oil then he suggested to do extra maintenance but I declined and asked for the original service request and he refused to do it... so he leaves my car without any motor oil !!!! L
