$10 smog test for a reason. Waited over 45 minutes to get this done AND THERE WAS ALMOST NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. Save the headache and pay $25 anywhere else and skip this place.

The mechanics at USA Auto 12 is repairing my stepdad Ryan's 98 Pathfinder, they are giving us a break on the cost and they always have done a great job on his repairs always make sure our vehicle stays on the road for my disabled mom

This location is by far the best. The attention to customer service is above and beyond. They care for the customer walking in from the start. Chuck is very attentive and caring. Paige is the friendly face greeting you at the front with a caring and friendly smile and attitude. I would highly recommend this location to get any service needed on your car.

Big Ron & Chuck helped me out so much after my neighbors hit my car. I ran into some issues because they did not believe they caused structural or mechanical damage (aside from the cosmetic damages they caused) and the team at USA auto helped see that there clearly was very dangerous issues that could have caused death to myself or other people on the road. Thankfully they informed me to not go further with driving and I will get this situation taken care of. A huge thank you again for diagnosing my car. They really care and are honest here and did not charge me. I owe these guys lunch at the minimum.

Audri, Chuck, and their whole team truly came in clutch I’m so glad I brought my 2021 Charger Scatpack here. I had trouble with my headlight wiring and the dealer I got my car from kept screwing me over making it worse so I said you know what ima take it to a real mechanic shop and BOOM this auto shop right here ladies and gentlemen fixed it the same day and I cannot be happier. Everyone’s chill, nice , and understanding and will definitely get you taken care of fast and professionally. Thank you guys for being the shop I now and only trust with my car 🙌

Came here last month before it got to hot , Chuck told me I needed my entire AC unit replaced on my truck . I took it to the dealership because I found out i had warranty. GMC said it was only my compressor. I saved a lot of money , this place just wants your money .
