I went here because of the reviews, people who answer are nice however if you have a new car do NOT go here they do not care for your car. My windshield looks like it doesn’t belong on my car, there’s glue inside my brand new car and two parts in the front are literally hanging off. I have contacted them and they brushed me off. For used older cars great new cars no. Also they quote over the phone but when you show it’s way more!

Don't go here. I took my truck to get the window fix, now I can't open my driver door. They broke the inside handle, replaced it with the wrong one, I bought the correct one and now my door won't unlock with key.. He told my wife that the outside key hole has nothing to do with the inside handle.. He told me he will fix what was broken. There wasn't nothing wrong with the door before i took it to them except the window stopped roll down. They are liars. Scam artists. They don't take responsibility for breaking your vehicle. Update: Now he's on here saying it's not true.. Posting pictures of the damage. First picture is the key hole on drivers door. Second and third pictures are of the original inside handle they broke. The fourth picture is of the new one I bought and had my wife take to he to fix today 01/23/2025. The picture is of the passenger side key hole. But he say it's not true.. Untrustworthy once again LAIRS...

Si necesitas instalar tu vidrio, este NO es el lugar, no saben instalar vidrios, solamente son aprendices, quieren practicar con tu carro. El 21 de septiembre 2024, reemplazaron el windshield en 2015 jeep Charokee y no hicieron buen trabajo, empezĂł a entrar agua cada que llovĂa, el gasket lo dejaron mal, se ve la orilla del vidrio al lado del chofer, lleve el carro con ellos otra vez y me dijo un señor que trabaja ahĂ, que el negocio cambio de dueño y que tenĂa que cobrar 180 dlls por quitar y poner otra vez el vidrio, pero que no me aseguraba porque se podĂa quebrar el vidrio Y dijo que lo Ăşnico que podĂa hacer era poner un sello por dentro ( silicon ) para que no entrara el agua y me cobrabo 25.00 por eso Este señor que puso el silicon dijo que la persona que lo instalĂł hizo muy mal trabajo Y asĂ se mira por fuera , ver foto Terrible trabajo, NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE đź‘Žđź‘Ž

I went in to get my windshield changed and left with paint damage on the hood that was not there when I dropped off the car. The owner guy was not very cooperative just because I did not have picture proof that the damage was not there. The damage was new you could literally feel that the paint damage just happened. Edited: You are the liars my mother said there was ZERO damage on the car before yall touched it. The damage is new the paint around it was soft. Planning on getting the police involved

Price was very good, competitive, but service was terrible. Took 2 hours to install a windshield even though I was the only person there…installation guys never informed me that the vehicle was ready or if they were waiting on a part, etc. Couldn’t give me a receipt because the lady said she didn’t know how to operate the computer and printer. Been coming here for years, but will go somewhere else next time with better service.

They are terrible. Overpriced, came with a cracked window, didn’t offer to tint or anything. Now I have one window with no tint and have to go and pay somewhere else to do it. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Don't go here at all I don't recommend them.. they do bad business and lie to you.. they end up putting the windshield glass but they didn't have the black thing to seal the sides all around and went back and didnt want to install it and now look how they did the work terrible... Bad for business can't trust them at all.... He said it's not true he lieing like always... Speak facts don't be lieing.. don't trust them at all

Replaced entire front windshield at a very reasonable rate. Gave me a good reason to cancel the cost of paying glass replacement through my auto insurance policy.

Did not provide the service that was needed and wanted more money after ordering the wrong parts. Took my money with no repairs and left my car in worse condition before bringing it in. Take your business elsewhere, these people will scam you.

Was told my order would be placed for the repair of my back window glass. Never called never was at location on my return. He explained he order the glass. The glass was not what I was told he needed to repair my window. He said he would order the part to fix the window . Do not give him business because he lies about the service you will receive.

I recently had my son's windshield replaced at USA. In and out in no time at all...great good. But they don't answer the phone. So just pull up and they got you!
