This is the best auto body shop in San Francisco. The owners are incredibly respectful, and their pricing is both fair and reasonable. They work efficiently, getting your car in and out quickly. I've been a loyal customer for years, and they've always been so helpful. It's definitely worth the trip, even if you're coming from outside the city. They've worked on all of my cars, including my hydrogen Toyota and my Camaro.

I had a fantastic experience at this shop getting my car repaired after an accident. George clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship - all of the repairs were done carefully and the right way! The work was done in a timely manner, and George started working and ordering parts the next business day after dropoff. We came all of the way from Livermore on a friend's recommendation, and it was worth the drive! USA Auto Body & Painting is the only shop we'll use in the future. The service is great- the staff even vacuumed and washed the car.

I spent a lot of time researching the right shop to trust my car with. I asked many friends and this place was highly recommended. After interviewing/getting estimates at several shops, I chose this one and I am so happy I did. Here is what stands out: 1) impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail; 2) excellent communication skills - I called them regularly and they responded patiently to every single one ; 3) they don’t try to upsell you at all - they care about what’s best for you. These folks have 30 years of experience in the business and will take the best care of you. I am so happy I found them!!

Finally, got to write the review: I would definitely recommend working with Grigory. He is extremely nice and down to Earth professional, ready to listen and coordinate customer's wishes with insurance. He was recommended to me by friends and I'm glad, I worked with him. The estimate for back bumper repair was half the price, than what I was given at another bodyshop, given to me by my dealership. And that didn't include the calibration of the sensors. While Grigory had all-in-one service for way lower price! I was pleasantly surprised as well when he was willing to work things out with me even before insurance finally replied. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this auto body shop – after two repairs about 10 years apart. Excellent quality, fair price and good value, and on schedule. The first repair was on a BMW 745Li about 10 years ago – did a great job repairing two bumpers paid by insurance and for some extra, repaired numerous other body defects. Then, this week on my Toyota Camry – another insurance repair. His price was much less than another shop which the dealer recommended. Also for a little extra $ Georgy the owner of USA Auto Body and his team repaired the other surfaces on our 22 year old vehicle. I’m a very happy customer and will return the next time I need this kind of work.

Have been coming here a few times since I moved to SF and had no mechanic yet, always impressed and happy with the service here! They helped me navigate repairing my car after an accident- dealing with insurances, etc., and always kept me updated in the process. This week, my AC unit stopped working, so I came in today to see if they could diagnose the issue. Within 2 hours of showing up (no appointment), it was diagnosed and I got advice on what to do next. Super friendly, trustworthy, and great experiences each time! My official car experts in SF!

I’ve taken my Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO to USA Auto Body twice in three years for damage in a rear quarter panel incurred during towing. This time also replaced a rear bumper with after market superior product. George and the team at USA did a beautiful job on both occasions. The body work is indistinguishable from original condition, was completed on time as promised at a reasonable price and truck washed inside and out. Highly recommend this shop that takes pride in their work and honors their commitments. Thank you all at USA Auto Body, I hope I won’t see you again but surely recommend your shop to my friends!

My husband & I live in Walnut Creek but we have consistently chosen USA Auto Body & Painting in San Francisco for all our auto body & collision repairs needs for over the past twenty years. My mother and siblings in the East Bay have also brought their vehicles in for second estimates by George but ended up selecting USA Auto Body as their final choice for repairs. George gives reasonable and extremely fair estimates for cost of repair and a precise time frame for completion of such. He is not only deeply knowledgeable regarding his craft but also shows great understanding of how to work with the car insurance companies. Within mere minutes of finalizing the repair contract I am whisked away to the Auto rental company of my choice. When I return to pick up my vehicle, the repairs look brand new. A complimentary car wash is also included as a bonus. My husband, my family, & I all give our enthusiastic recommendations to USA Auto Body & Painting for excellent customer service, plus reasonably priced & flawlessly executed auto collision repair, bodywork, & painting work.
