If i could give 0 stars i would! It is so hurtful that they lie straight to your face. The shorter spanish guy with black hair told us (my daughter & I) our tire couldn't be plugged ($20 service) because it was too far gone and we had to buy a $40 used one, which was a LIE! To add injury to insult, he brought out a bad/very low tread used tire for replacement. (a tire we instantly said to him wasn't good) Our original tire was better than the one he brought out! We pleaded for him to plug it because we know it's still a good tire. He kept refusing, pushing for us to buy another tire! So we went to tire spot next door, Crazy Tire, & they tell us we have a great tire, it just needed a plug for the nail in it!! Now look at that, had this been someone who didn't know any better, US TIRE would have scammed them out of a good tire for a bad one & extra money!!! BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN GOING HERE!! THIS WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING, UNTRUTHFUL, & BAD SERVICE!

One of very few shops that will install customer supplied used tires. First time (a year ago) was great. This time (this week) not so much. Had two nearly new tires installed on the front. Drove home and by the next day the steering wheel was bouncing like crazy. Returned to have tires rebalanced. No charge, steering wheel stopped bouncing, I'm happy. However by the second day, there was only 15 pounds of pressure in one of the tires. Went to a different shop to have the tire resealed. For $40, I expect my tires to be balanced and sealed properly the first time. Shouldn't be a big deal for a tire shop.

I had to call the police!!! They gave me the wrong size tire and refused to give me the correct tire boiling down to making a agreement to have me come back the next day to get the correct tire..I come back the next day and they tried to give me a tire with a hole in it and had to plug it I told them I didn’t want the tire so the man got so upset and drilled down on my bult and broke a strip of my car now I had to sit and wait for an hour for him to fix that and put my spare tire on there this is a MESS I feel as if they were discriminating me I will NEVER IN MY LIFE COME HERE AGAIN i highly recommend you not to come here

Overcharged me for my inspection and lied saying that he was going to get fined because my car is registered to another county. Would not refund me the difference.
