I went to US Autocare hoping they could take a look at my car battery since the last two places I tried were fully booked. They got me in right away, and the mechanic did a fantastic job getting my battery secured and working perfectly. The best part? They didn’t even let me tip. It’s hard to find that kind of quick, friendly, and no-nonsense service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need something done!

I went to US auto care for a window regulator switch. They were able to get the part and fix the problem quickly so that I could get back to every day life. Shout out to Marcos for being helpful and being very informative with updates.

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, finding a reliable car service has been a challenge. However, through US Autocare’s former employee’s recommendation, I was connected with Marcos and he and the US AUTOCARE team turned my car trouble experience around. They delivered excellent and quick car service and went above and beyond by having additional technicians work on my car for faster service; this turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one! I want to thank Edward for the wonderfully great service work U.S Autocare did on my vehicle. I described the problem I was having and he knew exactly what the problem was. I am very pleased and satisfied with my service work and two days after dropping my vehicle off it was fixed and ready to go and the cost was reasonable and affordable. I own a Chevy vehicle, I took it to the chevy dealership in Moreno Valley and I explained to them the exact same thing I explained to Edward. They had me leave my vehicle with them for 24-48 hours (which ended up being 5 days and I had to rent a car to get to and from work). After paying $225.00 for diagnostic charges all they could tell me was that they needed to go into my vehicle's crankshaft to look for the problem further (which could turnout to be nothing at all) and it would cost an additional $1150.00. I was furious!!! Not only did they not fix or address the problem originally I came in there for, they tried to charge me for something my vehicle did not need. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the dealership for any work my vehicle needs done in the future. I will be returning to U.S Autocare for ALL of my vehicle service-repair needs...Thank you Edward.

This is the second time I take my car there for an oil change. Their prices are good and their customer service is great. I liked them the first time but this time around confirmed that I will not be going any where else for my car services.

US Autocare has by far been the best auto body shop I’ve been to, anytime my car has a problem I know I can come in and get it checked out right away. Marcos and his team are very helpful always making sure I get the best quality products and service for my car.

Edward and Moses were super helpful in getting my Fiat 500 fixed and back on the road. My car wouldn't start, and after towing it to U.S. Autocare, they did a great job explaining the process, diagnosing the problem, and fixing it. I found them after looking at other competitors and seeing what kind of reviews and website information each had. They were clear about what type of services they offered via their website, which was super helpful, versus the others that were vague or didn't have any useful information. The reviews were all mostly very positive. I am glad I decided to go with U.S. Autocare. They have fair pricing and excellent service, and they kept me informed the whole way. Edward even took the time to let me know what scheduled maintenance I should be expecting based on my car's mileage and what is involved should I decide to do it. I definitely will be bring my car back next to U.S. Autocare.

Took my car in for 1 issue, they found more issues and were able to take care of me, the amount I paid for everything was what I thought I'd pay for my brakes alone! Appreciate the Quality! And how fast it got done! My new spot for any car needs!

Got my brakes fixed here in December 2023, and they were great. Explained to me the options and worked with me to get it done affordably. I've had no issues with my brakes since. They also replaced some filters and did a general checkup on my car free of charge. They are very kind and work with you to get your car where you need it.
