I went to get my car looked at. They got my car in right away and Brenda was so awesome and patient. Preston spent so much time trying to figure out the problem! Preston fixed my car before the end of day. He was so kind and awesome in making sure I was back on the road! Thank you for working so hard on fixing my car! I appreciate you guys so much. Car runs great! I recommend this place 💯 percent!

This was my first experience with this shop. They are the most trustworthy mechanic shop I have experienced in a very very long time. I am used to older vehicles and have no clue how newer (2000 - present) vehicles work. The owner and the customer representative were very patient and kind explaining what needed to be done and what other things could be wrong beyond the obvious. They were truthful and compassionate. The truck was completed way before I thought it would be. I cannot express my gratitude enough! I've told my whole department at work and friends about them.

Went into the shop think I had a bad rack and pinion gear on my truck turned out it was nothing . just a simple fix they were very honest and very straightforward . didn't even charge me for their time I would bring my truck there anytime .

The service is very professional and customer friendly. I'm especially happy with the two-year warranty on work and parts that actually is honored. On one occasion when my car was being serviced the man doing the service noticed my strut was leaking. It had been less than 2 years since they were installed and they were replaced absolutely free of charge. As one example.

They are awesome and accommodating people! We were on a road trip and having electrical issues and they were able to fit us in on very short notice. It turned out to be a minor issue with the fuses, which they fixed free of charge. We are very grateful for their help. And they gave our kids popsicles. Highly recommend!

Great owner and great service. They do good work on my truck eveytime! They also take the time to explain/show things to you if needed. It's not easy to find a decent smaller shop in a short notice. Highly recommended for your auto needs.

Very professional. Found what was wrong, ordered parts, and scheduled repairs. Explained what was needed. Mechanic took for test drive after repairs to make shure it was all good. I trust them after a positive experience.

this place is absolutely amazing!!! i took my car in somewhere else and they suggested a 100 different things (overestimation) to do on my new car. i decided that i'd call urgent auto care to get a second opinion and im so glad i did!! they checked stuff over and reassured me that there was no need, and it was likely a place trying to upsale me on all sorts of stuff. i value they're honesty and integrity and won't be taking them to anyone else!!

5 STARS! I've taken my Jeep here several times. I've also taken it elsewhere over the years. My experiences with Urgent Care Auto Center have always been positive. This past time, the owner took me into the shop and let me look at my Jeep under the carriage to show me what exactly was fixed and where some future issues might occur. I felt that my automotive issues were dealt with honestly and fairly. I can't say that for other highly advertised auto shops around town who actively try to upcharge and distance the customer from their work. Urgent Care Auto Center is as good as it gets! They take their time on the vehicles they work on and make sure they get it right. Not too cheap...not too expensive. If I had to summarize them in two words, I would use fair and honest.

I am a return customer and will be when ever my vehicles need servicing or repair. These guys have always been honest with me and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They inspect my vehicles and tell me if they notice any problems and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair and they did not try to pressure me into a repair. They left it entirely up to me.

A couple of weeks ago I had been airing up my tire at Casey's next door and it just was not working. A couple of the guys had called me over when they saw me struggling. They filled up my tire and sent me on my way. Today I had more tire issues and went straight to them. They got me in right away and found me a used tire. Customer service was fantastic and they are so caring! I will always go to them for my car troubles in Lincoln!

I cannot express enough how honest, professional, experienced, and courteous the team and owner at Urgent Auto Care Center are. I was driving cross country from San Francisco to Chicago when my break line cracked 17 miles outside of Lincoln - losing all my brake fluid in the process. I called the shop, and due to the emergent nature of my situation, they allowed me to come in immediately. Within 2 hours, they had me back on the road safely! To the entire team at Urgent Auto Care Center - THANK YOU for taking care of a cross country traveler. If I ever find myself in need of auto services in Lincoln NE again, then I already know where I’m going: Urgent Auto Care Crnter!

I've had the same mechanic for years, but recently they've been pickier about what work they would accept. The dash needed to be pulled and they just weren't willing to mess with it. They recommended Urgent Car Care Center and now they are my mechanics! Super friendly guys, the cost was the same as the estimate and the work was completed on time. Super happy and I'll be back!

When I was stuck and needed help, this was the only place able to help save my trip to see my family. I'm 10 hours from home, and they made quick work of it. Very nice, helpful people. People like this are hard to find.

While traveling from California to Minnesota my truck broke down at Blue River Rest Area, I called Derrin who helped me get there then repaired my crank shaft position sensor all in a days work and they were booked solid. I will forever be grateful, bless you guys!
