Called Urbs to schedule a routine oil change after receiving a flyer. They are much closer to home than the dealership, where I have previously had all service performed. Staff was courteous on the and in person, got me scheduled quickly, and updated me on guy routine maintenance. I will definitely be back!

Courteous and professional from the time I scheduled my appt. to completion of service. They repaired what needed repairing with expertise and got me back into my vehicle quickly! The shop has that great! hometown feel and URBS will be my go to auto shop from now on! Thank You So Much!!!

Big steering system repair on a 2003 Camry. Expensive but competitively priced. Done right the first time which is a huge plus and it has a 3 yr warranty which is terrific. Delayed by 1.5 days due to staffing issues but would rather it be done right and take a bit longer.First time using this shop as our prior shop owner retired and closed his business but based on this big job we will now be regular customers! And already recommended to two friends!

Went in for a slow leak tire was told by the owner can get that at 1pm. Came back and was told nothing in and can't do that today

I brought my car into the shop for repairs and it kept doing the same thing when I picked it up I took it back and they didn't stop trying to find the problem...once found they went above and beyond to fix it...great people good hearts and a great shop... God bless them

I took my car to them because tire discounts put the wrong alternator in. They diagnosed the problem and actually called tire discounts and told them what they did wrong. So Urbs is my new mechanic.

I brought my still-under-warranty car here because the dealership is collectively dumber than a box of rocks. I was willing to pay just to get the problem taken care of! Chris was great about setting me up with a person and place that will help me get the issue taken care of under warranty. Urb’s didn’t try to take advantage of the situation, they were timely with communication, and my car was ready to go when they said it would be. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Urbs does a great job and alway helpful. We use to go to Valvoline to get oil changes and after constantly having car issues because they forgot to do something we found Urbs and have been going here ever since. The staff is always polite helpful and friendly.

I had something in one of my tires causing a slow leak, so I thought I'd give them a try. This is a new location and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the waiting area as well as the speed of service. I'm glad it's close by as another competitor down the street has gone down hill.

Traveling through Ohio on vacation, we picked up a nail on I75. We checked with 3 tire stores, all with very long waits. One said it would be the next day. Went to Urbs at 8398 Winton Rd. Eric said he would get right on it. He had us back on the road, tire repaired, spare and jack secured and luggage packed in under 30 minutes. AMAZING!!!! Very polite and professional.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. My family had a major tire rod issue the day before we were leaving for a spring break vacation with our kids. We pulled in at 3 pm on a Friday (before Easter weekend!) and these wonderful people saved our Easter by being kind enough to work on our car and kind enough to collaborate with another Urbs across town to get our car aligned. They went above and beyond. I will never trust anyone else for my tire and mechanical needs. They have a customer for life with our family. I am literally tearing up as I type this. Very grateful for them. Cannot recommend them more highly as a business or as human beings!

These guys are absolute pros! 🤩🤩🤩 I've gone to two different Urb's shops now for car issues and they handled my issues so quickly and so nicely! I feel it's super rare you can go to a car repair spot and feel like you're in good hands, and this place is it!

What can I say, this shop is supreme. They will get you in, they do everything that you need them to do, and they tell you what is a priority today, and what can wait down the line. While other shops randomly suggest repairs that would be protocol, Urbs actually looks at your engine and tell you what is needed.

Woke up in the morning to find a drywall screw in my tire. I had received mailers from Urbs Garage and Tire but hadn’t used them before. I was busy that morning and called in the early afternoon to see if they could fit me in for a patch. Most places won’t plug a tire anymore as I’ve been told by others. This one was the perfect candidate for on of the plug and patch style pieces that requires the dismount of the tire. They were quick and very reasonably priced. I’d recommend anyone at the very least giving them a call for any of their car needs. They seemed friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to help you out. I highly doubt they turned a profit on my visit, but I greatly appreciate them for helping me.
