The worst place for tire replacement. I found them on Facebook and asked if the tires were all-season, and from the photos, they all appeared to be from the same brand. However, when I arrived, those tires were no longer available. Instead, they put on tires from three different brands, though at least the size was consistent. I noticed a bulge on one tire only after it had been installed—should have inspected it more carefully right away. Their balancing machine was broken, and the worker told me to call the owner. When I called, the owner told me to come back the next day. I did, but the machine was still broken. I drove 30 minutes there specifically for this service, but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. Stay away from this place.

A friend sent me to UpTowne when he heard me talking about needing tires, so i took his advice. i got a set of used tires for $150, mounted and balanced that have about 75% of the tread left on them. It saved me a ton of money. I was looking at $600 cost from a major tire chain. I will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family in the future!

This guy comes on like he's your best friend but doesn't come through on his word he sold me 40. What appearef to be decent used tires but didn't balance them them they shook all over the road I returned immediately he said his balancing machine was out get it done elsewhere I'll pay I've been to his shop text him but given the brush off I even offered to split what he was supposed to pay STILL bla bla bla

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Uptowne Tire! Finding a tire repair shop open on a Sunday is usually a challenge, but this small independent garage on Montgomery Rd was a lifesaver. I’ve driven past it countless times, and I’m so glad I finally stopped by. The friendly owner, Joshua Birch, and his son (second and third generation owners) greeted me warmly as soon as I pulled in. They kindly lifted the wheel from the trunk of my car and got straight to work fitting a replacement pressure sensor. The service was quick, professional, and genuinely top-notch. Thanks, Joshua and team, for such a great service!

Came on Monday to get my tire plugged. Ever since the guy plugged it, it’s been leaking air. I came back Wednesday because I finally have time. Got here at 8:10 garages closed. I called the number spoke to someone he said they would be opening soon. 30 minutes go by and nothing. I call back, people finally come. I have been sitting here for an hour. Staff is standing around. I had to call someone to my car to see when they would be open. Young guy with Afro rude af! I asked how long it would be, he lied and said “you I told you to pull in the back” why would I still be sitting here if you did. Then manager said “you have to pull in the back” if you want piss poor service and to have to come back to get it done again absolutely come here!

Got a replacement tire for my car, later on to find out that's it's a smaller tire. After getting in touch with the owner, I was told that the shipment hasn't arrived yet, but he assured me that he'd replace it at no cost. 5 trips in 2 days of going back and forth over there... needless to say, no shipment, no tire! What a waste of time! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I live in another city and visited the Cincy area. Hopefully this helps someone. Stay away from this place! I am sad I tipped both workers who assisted me as I felt bad it was so cold. I went here due to a nail stuck in my tire. It looked like tire could be visibly repaired (as this has happened to me before) but was told I need another tire, purchased a $40 one. Get to my destination in Cincy and hear air leaking so go back, they claimed to fix the issue with a new tire. I drive back to Columbus and notice a light that had been on since they fixed my ORIGINAL tire. The workers at Uptown broke my tire sensor and had to have thrown it away (bc I wasn’t inside the tire) and let me drive away like that. Sad a reputable place had to fix this issue and I paid additional fees.

I am not the type of person to ever leave reviews myself, though I do read them. My partner needed a new tire and despite reading the reviews on here we decided to go to uptowne tires anyway. The tire that they sold to us started going flat within a few hours of leaving, and the next morning we discovered it to be completely flat with a large hole in it. I find it to be extremely irresponsible and dangerous that this business is selling bad tires to people which could lead to serious injury. If you need a tire, do not go here.

I purchased tires here very often in the late 80s to the mid 90s. The couple on the mural, I think the founders, were always there, and always VERY NICE! They always had a line out to Montgomery Road waiting. The gentleman had a vintage Firebird he was working on. In the winter, his wife would always have me come in where it was warm and offer a cup of coffee. If a tire wasn't right, I could always bring it back for a replacement or a refund. If my memory is correct, they had a dog that, if he was in the mood, would keep you company till your car was ready. Knowing what to expect from used tires, I never had any trouble. I usually got "emergency" tires to last until next pay period. They were really a convenience, especially when open late. THANK YOU for about 10 years of service.

I went back with concerned about my tire for only having a tire less than 30 days they told me I had a busted belt and it was due to the potholes which understandable to a certain extent I ask for a replacement tire and they automatically didn’t have any on hand, conveniently after going to another tire lot, they explained to me that they put in my tire on backwards and sold me a busted the tire as well as the wrong size

This is one establishment that I would never return to. They will sell you anything to make a quick dollar for example I had a broken belt in my tire that they sold me and I returned to get it replaced and they told me that I had to wait until Monday when you sold it to me yesterday but they are out today The only thing I can assume is that that was a old tire then he had the nerve to tell me that it was my other tire.
