I randomly searched to find an AutoBody shop, then called a few. It was a wonderful and smooth experience from the second they picked up the phone. My car looks great and I highly recommended Uptown! :)

Incredible work and fast replaced my fallen off door fender and had the best quote so I went with them and they have amazing customer service the receptionist was incredible I will be coming back! My second quote was a little crazy for what I wanted but I didn’t go thru with it cause I could do it on my own, but the receptionist told me before hand that it would be like that for what I was asking!

Uptown Body and Fender shop is wonderful. I have been going to them for all of my body and fender work for years. Would not take my car anywhere else. I have gotten to know the people there and they are wonderful. It’s like family and I feel like I am one of them. Their work is impeccable. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a VIP. Even though I called about 10 days before finally dropping off my car, they had my file open the moment I sat down in their stylish, lobby. If you picture a cold dirty space with old magazines, imagine the opposite! Pristine, welcoming, artfully appointed with an espresso machine where you would normally find shitty coffee. How you do one thing is how you do everything. My car came back impeccably clean, looking brand new! I am rethinking my own level of customer service based on this experience. I highly recommend you use Uptown to put your car back together. The deductible is the same. ; )

My catalytic converter got stolen and had to replace it. Found this place on reddit. It was highly recommended. I called them and my car was picked up within 30 mins. The transaction was so smooth. I was so grateful. Everyone was very nice and the place looked extremely well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately for me I’m a repeat customer. But very fortunately I’ve found Uptown Body! I’ll keep coming back every time, and recommend to friends who need. They make everything so seamless, quality work and they stand by they’re work too. While dealing with car issues is a huge pain, I’m glad to have them make it as easy as possible. They’re also so kind and have a beautiful office where they’ll offer you coffee, even espresso drinks, or tea! Highly recommend

The staff at Uptown Body and Fender is very welcoming and helpful. It is not just that however that keeps me coming back whenever I need body and fender work done, it is the knowledge and professionalism they continue to display. They know how to handle every aspect of insurance procedures, rental car service, and quality control of your repair. If it was possible to do more business with them I would but who wants more auto accidents. It is nice to know they are there when I need them. My family has been using their services for over 20 years.

I highly recommend Uptown Body & Fender. I took a car to them many years ago when it was hit and had a very positive experience in every way and just used them again after a neighbor ran into my parked car. Everyone at this body shop is an excellent communicator. They did a great job on fixing my car and even thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside. I like that it is a Women owned business. They even offered to make me a latte when I was there. For a Body shop, it is a very comfortable environment. Excellent customer service. They even allowed me to drop off my rental car with them because they have a relationship with the car rental place. I realize this review may sound fake because everything was so perfect but it is real. I would never even think about going to a different body shop. Thank you Uptown!

Uptown did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They did nice work, the van looks good. The Uptown staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. I’m a satisfied customer and will use them in the future.
