Overall, they did a nice job. The communication could be better. I had to call them a few times to get an update. At one point, I called for a staus update & was told my car would be delivered the next day by noon. Good thing I called, or I would not have known this info. The next day noon came & went & my car was not delivered. So I called again. This time, I was told I could pick up my car by 2:00 that same day. Also, I called to ensure my garage door opener & gate remote were set aside & not lost. I was told they would check on it & call me back. I received no call back. Ultimately, I got the car repaired, it looks good, and my remotes were in the car.

Yet again, the staff at Uptown Automotive has helped me out! These folks are great at what they do and will make sure you get back on the road ASAP. My car got hit in June and Uptown fixed it to look better than when I bought it! Fast forward 6 months (to the day!) And my wife was driving when my car got hit again! Uptown to the rescue! They helped me get everything sorted out and tried to help in every way they could. From setting up a rental to texting and emailing me status updates, they kept me well-informed and up-to-date on all the happenings with my wreck, my car, and everything else. Zameer takes pride in his work and it really shows. His personal touch was the icing on a well-baked cake provided by his team and I can't say enough nice things about them. Sarah was exceedingly helpful as well and made sure that we were taken care of at every turn. In the end, my car got totaled but if there was anything that could be fixed, I know I would trust Uptown Automotive to do the work.

I can't say enough about how professional and detail-oriented the team at Uptown Motive is. They took care of everything with my claim, making sure any missed details were noted and fixed. They got everything done in less than a week, kept me updated the whole time, and maintained their high standard of excellence throughout - taking the initiative to revisit work done so that I was completely satisfied. That alone speaks volumes to me. I'm already planning to come back for more cosmetic services and have started referring family and friends. This shop will be my go-to for anything car-related in the future.

Extremely thankful to the team here!! I’m a young (26) woman and have a deep fear of car things and the team was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and appropriately pricing! They didn’t push to get unnecessary work done and was not mad when I changed my mind 6 times about what I wanted to do. Every annoying phone call I made was met with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend to take your car here! My car is running smoother than it has in years :)

These guys are AWESOME! My partner had a wreck in his truck, then he dented my truck the next day. Uptown Automotive fixed my 4Runner quickly, then fixed his truck. Both vehicles were detailed and look great. Thank you to the Uptown Automotive Team!

They were polite, quick, and knowledgeable about what signal bulbs my car needed. I appreciated them getting my oil change, new windshield wiper blades, and tire rotation completed in less than a few hrs along with my tail light replacement. Frank always keeps me informed on any other issues to look out for to keep my car running smoothly. I will certainly continue using them for all of my car needs going forward.

I had a wonderful experience working with Leo and the team at Uptown Auto. Leo clearly stated the work that needed to be done and at a great price. They compiled the work early and the car is driving like a charm. I’m very happy and I highly recommend calling Leo and Uptown Auto. Great collision repair shop here! I hit a deer in a relatively high end car (Porsche). Every shop that I thought met my standards had a wait time of month(s). I took a chance with Uptown automotive because the owner sat down and talked me through a repair plan, answered all my doubts, and they were willing to take the car as soon as possible. The work came back stellar, they dealt with the insurance and put the car back together OEM+. They worked with suppliers of parts/services to get my vehicle out on a specific date window. Some strings were pulled and I am super appreciative of that. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thanks!

The folks at Uptown were very connected to give me updates on my Tesla repairs. Parts are notoriously slow from the Tesla world. So my fabulous car stayed at Uptown 4 months! But I was kept informed all the way and repairs we quick once needed parts showed up.

Like many others, seeing my check engine light come on, filled me with absolute dread. You never know exactly what’s wrong or who can help you out to fix it. Always asking questions like: Will they price me fair? Is the work good enough? Can I trust this buisness? Are they going to do unnecessary work just to make a dime? I’m posting this to answer all of these questions. Uptown automotive is not only a business that’s worth your time and money, they are a great team of people who has earned my upmost trust. My vehicle had MULTIPLE issues and all were completed in a VERY timely manner. Throughout the process the team was communicative about what was going on, how they were fixing it, any extra problems that popped up, and honored their word for date of completion. Long story short, if you are in need of anything auto related and this isn’t the buisness you choose…you’re making a mistake. Thank you uptown automotive and I will see you next time! (Hopefully not too soon)

Uptown is amazing. Dropped my car in the morning after the check engine light had come on, got a diagnosis by the early afternoon and the repair (2 new coils) was done by the end of the day. Fantastic service.
