I had replaced old tie rods and control arms on my mustang, and since this was the closest place to where I lived, I brought it here for alignment so I could walk home from here. And while the alignment they did on it was better than how I brought it to them, it was still a rather sloppy alignment job, I had to keep my steering wheel cocked to the right ever so slightly on highways to stay out of the left lane. I was recently in a minor collision, and had my car repaired at a body shop, part of the work they planned for it was another alignment, just in case, there were no frame repairs involved, just body panels and paint. after getting it back from the collision repair shop, my mustang drives much straighter than it did previously from unruh's alignment. Unruh can get the job done, but it's not to the standard I desire from an alignment shop, and due to work, I don't have the time to schedule follow ups for correcting sloppy work, I need it done right the first time.

Highly recommend this place. They are fair priced, fast and most importantly honest. If you need strut or suspension work, this is the place to go.

I went in to get an alignment for our vehicle. When I got there I explained the car had a breathalyzer in it and who i assume was the owner or manager of the shop made sure to say to me "I don't work with those, maybe you can come back when you stop making stupid choices." Will not be using them in the future. 0 stars for customer service.

Leaving a poor review because of how they treated my friend today when they came in to get an alignment. They refused to work on the car because it was fitted with a breathalyzer and said, "Come back when you stop making bad decisions." Sounds like the bad decision was coming here, and I can assure you they won't be making that mistake again. Horrible customer service.

Don't recommend any longer. I used to take all my vehicles here. I had my wife drop off a car today to give them another shot and she was treated with complete disrespect. Gone are the good ole days of Unruh.

They overcharged me plus couldn't give me an estimate before they even did the work one brake line replace $550 they said they had to drop the gas tank and replace the brake line I found out later they spliced the brake line and never did drop the gas tank they lie no wonder they wouldn't let me even look and see what they done never will go back they are no good crooks

Very rude to people that are Meticulous about their vehicles. Would find a buddy that works at a shop and have them do it these people really do not and they'll tell ya to your face I mean do not care.

I own a lowered vehicle and cant drive up on a standard alignment rack , unruh has a pit so no problem for lowered cars.
