I went to this shop to change my tires and have changed all four tires and paid above $200 dollars there, then I drove the car to my home only 3 miles away. I parked the car for 2-days no going anywhere . The tires fixed on Friday and start driving the car on Sunday but I found out that one of the front tire were flatted. Imagine I paid $55 dollars for each tires and I have to go back in the morning Monday at 9:00am to show them it has flatted and told them I pumped the air three times while I drive the car. And they charged me $25 dollars another payment again to fix the flatted tire. Any one to come to buy used tires from this shop you have no guarantee . I shouldn’t be charged for this service again . But I paid . I don’t recommend anyone or myself to this shop again.

Ivan and the other guy up front took care of my car serviced and fixed everything on multiple visits until the car itself gave up. their shop are the only people who can pull it off and make things easier with parts,prices and options. The uno familia is the reason why my car was top performance until it's final mileage death, lol .Thank you. I'll see you guys again soon .

These guys saved me. Ended up with a leak and then realized the wheel lock key was missing. The guys at Uno's got the locks off and replaced with regular lugnuts (the way it should be) Very nice people and hardworking

They are incredibly quick and efficient. Only $20 for a tire plug! I was done within 15 mins!

After getting my car fixed after an accident, I was recommended to Uno's. They did not disappoint. Great work without the long wait. Great and reasonable prices! Will be coming back!

Came in with a bent rim, a tire not holding air, and no spare right at 6:00. They gave us a spare for no charge and told us to come back the next day and it would be fixed. They really came through for us. 10/10

Spoke with lady on phone she said 80 originally for each tire , got her to come down to 65 each tire then when job is done they told me I had to pay 20 more dollars if not they were going to take the tires off and just give me my money back I should have just done it to make a point but would not recommend this shop scammers !!

Use to be my spot but it's got too busy and they aren't exactly the fastest to begin with. The finally cleaned up the inside (a little) which would of been my only complaint before but inflation is everywhere and there latest price increases are too much. One of the main reason I went here was because of the low prices but now they are on par with your franchise shops and others. I'll let u know when I find my new Charlotte dive auto shop that has the good service and low prices

Went there to have rim repaired, was told one price and was also told I would receive a call when it was ready to pick up next day. I ended up calling them and they said they would find out if the rim is ready. After several calls back and forth because they couldn’t remember whether my rim was for a Honda or Nissan, told them it was for Honda, now another call asking what size, another call asking would I like a tire my response was yea the one I had when I brought it there. Was told they couldn’t find tire and would look for it. The last call had me completely aggravated, when he called to say they put another tire on and it was a good one, instead of just saying I couldn’t find your tire, I ended up spending $10 more only because no one wanted to accept accounts for being all over the place. They do good work but I’m a straight shooter and expect for them to be the same.

Went to their shop on Tryon first they didn’t have my size tire but the price for the tire was $50 he called the Sugar Creek shop to see if they had the size tires I needed which they did came here and the price for the tire is $60 when I questioned the price difference since this is the same company the pricing in my mind should be the same not the case here says they are one shop and this is another- wow- is all I can say beware of pricing
