I do not recommend this shop. Save your money and go somewhere else. My husband took his truck in for an alignment after adding a lift kit, believing it was necessary. However, when he left the shop, the truck started pulling to one side, which had not been an issue before. He returned to the shop, and the technician claimed that my husband’s truck had been in a crash before, and that was the reason it was pulling to the side. This was not true, as we had thoroughly checked the truck's records when we purchased it. Due to their poor service, my husband lost $80; they even overcharged him. Their first quote was $60, but they charged him more than that. He then took the truck to a different shop, where they confirmed that the alignment had been done incorrectly and corrected it properly making me waste 300 more to fix their mistakes and a disgusting job. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- No recomiendo este taller. Ahorre dinero y vaya a otro lado. Mi esposo llevó su camioneta al taller para que la alinearan después de agregarle un kit de elevación, creyendo que era necesario. Sin embargo, cuando salió del taller, la camioneta comenzó a desviarse hacia un lado, lo que antes no había sido un problema. Volvió al taller y el técnico afirmó que la camioneta de mi esposo había estado en un accidente antes y que esa era la razón por la que se desviaba hacia un lado. Esto no era cierto, ya que habíamos revisado minuciosamente los registros de la camioneta cuando la compramos. Debido a su mal servicio, mi esposo perdió $80; incluso le cobraron de más. Su primer presupuesto fue de $60, pero le cobraron más que eso. Luego llevó la camioneta a otro taller, donde confirmaron que la alineación se había realizado incorrectamente y la corrigieron correctamente haciéndome perder $300 más para arreglar sus errores y un trabajo repugnante. I AM NOT DELETING ANYTHING I HAVE THE TRANSACTION ON MY BANK ACCOUNT ITS DISGUSTING HOW YALL ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE I WILL AND NEVER WILL APOLOGIZE I HOPE EVERYONE SEES THIS REVIEW BEFORE DECIDING TO GO TO YALL… U NEED TO CHECK MORE ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND ACTUALLY HIRE PEOPLE THAT DO KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB AND THAT DO IT THE RIGHT WAY WITH OUT OVER CHARGING OR ADDING MORE THINGS THAT DON’T NEED TO BE ADDED.. NO VOY A ELIMINAR NADA, TENGO LA TRANSACCIÓN EN MI CUENTA BANCARIA. ES REPUGNANTE CÓMO ESTAFAN A LA GENTE. NO ME DISCULPARÉ NUNCA. ESPERO QUE TODOS VEAN ESTA RESEÑA ANTES DE DECIDIRSE A IR A USTEDES... DEBEN VERIFICAR MÁS A SUS EMPLEADOS Y CONTRATAR PERSONAS QUE SEPAN CÓMO HACER SU TRABAJO Y QUE LO HAGAN DE LA MANERA CORRECTA, SIN COBRAR DE MÁS NI AGREGAR MÁS COSAS QUE NO NECESITAN SER AGREGADAS.

Go somewhere else , I ended up having to spend more $ to correct the problem, I paid them to correct !

Never gave a detail of what they worked on it.. and the job very poor quality. I'm very disappointed.

I’m new to Texas, new to driving new to car repairs. I moved from a busy city where public transportation was how most people got around. I’m very new to Texas and am so grateful to find Unlimited Auto Repair. I’m just so grateful to the kind man who serviced my car a few times and for me being new to Texas and zero clue about cars … I feel beyond grateful to this shop. The worst feeling is to have car issues especially when you car allows you to do all the things you want and I realize the enormous service many auto repair shops offer… so I say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the kind man who is my car angel for sure 🙏 Perhaps the best compliment is in a world lacking honor and a moral compass…. If you can’t find a car shop you can trust try Unlimited Auto Repair, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for fixing my car and I’m sure I will be back for more up keep and repairs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏

Stopped by to see the mechanic for my check engine light. There was a car in front of me so I waited. Owners son came out side and brought me a cold water. Very much appreciated. My 2017 Chevy Malibu LT is know amongst others Chevy's for having the turbo engine power reduced message come up. I was not aware of this until the mechanic explained it to me. He told me my turbo was fine and this was an electrical problem. Did even charge me for looking at it, but there is a $60 diagnostic fee. Much less than others in the area. In all, his advice was correct. thank you guys for your kindness and expertise.

Took my wife's truck here via a referral from one of her friends. Dropped vehicle off around closing time. They evaluated and gave us a quote within 30 minutes. Gave us a reasonable quote within 30 minutes. To our surprise it was done before closing time the next day! 🤯 Who does work that fast?! We got some tie-rod and paint work done on the front. I expected at least 3-4 days. We are no one special, first time visit. GUESS WHO JUST WON ARE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊
