DO NOT GO HERE!! these people mess up the most basic of repairs, and then try to turn around blame the vehicle owner for their mistakes! We took our car there for a “30 minute Starter replacement” and ended up with a 3 week ECM replacement! They blamed us saying that after jumping the car (she used a jumper pack) it fried the ECM but the car turned on and DROVE there. They most definitely did not disconnect the battery before changing the starter and fried the electronics and then tried to charge us for it!! These people are CROOKS

If you want to get your car screwed over by a bunch of incompetent, unlicensed and unqualified brutes then this is the place for you. They will turn a 30 minute job into a lot of back and forth for WEEKS and in the process break your car and then not take responsibility on top of that. If i could rate it lower than 1 star i would.

Fui por mi aire acondicionado, m entregaron el carro igual y m cobraron 265 dólares,ya era de noche. A la mañana siguiente salí en el y a 2 cuadras se trancó el carro, tuve q pagar 70 dólares más por la grúa hasta el taller. M dijeron q habían dejado alguna manguera torcida, algo q no tenía yo q pagar porque fue consecuencia de su mal trabajo. Vuelven a cobrarme casi 300 dólares más por el aire acondicionado. Mi problema con el aire era q a veces enfriaba y otras no, regrese a decirles el problema pero m iba de vacaciones y m dijeron q fuera sin problemas porque estaba en garantía. Cuando regresé con mis comprobantes, casualmente dicen q el aire tenía algo mas y debía pagar 90 dólares más para buscar el problema. En fin, casi 1000 dólares y sin aire. SON INEFICIENTES Y POCOS SERIOS. Jamás volveré

La experiencia más horrible que estoy pasando en cuanto a mecánica de mi carro Una falta total de respeto, falta de profesionalismo , falta de buenos mecánicos , que ponen a trabajar sin que sepan bien lo que hacen .Lleve mi carro andando hasta el taller , se supone que la falla era el motor de arranque , me dijeron en una hora y media está ready , eso fue el miércoles 8 de enero 7:45 am , hoy estamos a jueves 9 a las 9 pm y no tengo mi carro … según ellos “ hubo una falla y le borraron el código a la llave 🔑 🤦‍♀️, me han querido hacer responsable a mí de eso , le han hechado la culpa hasta al vecino para no hacerse responsable , mientras yo tengo que pagar uber para ir a mi trabajo ( eso es totalmente responsabilidad de ellos) Rompieron mi carro !!! Y no saben cómo arreglarlo !!!! Una Vergüenza Total !!! Pero esto no queda así … esto continúa

So far this place looks good and the staff is friendly, l have come for simple stuff like tire rotation and flat tire, but soon I will be getting there for an more specific kind of service, so far Good

Pésimo taller para arreglar un carro de alta gama como Land Rover, mercedes y bwm! El dueño del taller el señor Rolando es un fresco alzándome la voz por q le reclame por mi carro q llevaba una semana ahy pagado y todo desde el primer día ! ninguno de sus “mecánicos” saben arreglar carros pésimos taller nunca mas volveré a ese taller no saben nada de mecánica y para colmo me entregaron el carro igual calentándose por q todos son unos incompetentes ninguno sabe a arreglar un carro Europeo

This place use to be a great shop but since they hired this Ricardo the shop it's problem he is lazy and does not work properly they even charge for things they do not do ,you get attitude from this Ricardo and it seems the owner it's not there it's sad to see a good shop become a bad one but it is what it is , a lowsy employee can ruin a business but I guess it's the business owner interest to have this Ricardo there , avoid this shop you will get a bad experience !

I have taken my car several times to this place because it is close to me ... but what they do is a robbery, they give you problems so that you pay more and in the end they do not solve the problem. Very upset the truth, it is not easy to pay 400 dollars in settlement and that the car continues with the same failure and apart from everything they take time to attend you

Jesus worked on my car and he presented an avid diligence in finding out what made my car not start. He was very patient and professional, and kept on digging and digging until he found the reason and fixed it. My hat goes of for Jesus and the team.

Terrible, first paid $700 to get my truck a/c fix, didn’t work, then I was told it was something else, paid another $500, still doesn’t work, and told now it is something else and will cost another $500. I will not pay them anymore. I do not recommend at all, go somewhere else.
