Stopped by Unkle's for a nut for a transport chair. Got it! Started discussing an ongoing problem with a scooter lift that has never worked properly. Richard and his Brother fixed everything! These two men are the epitome of customer service , not to mention, they are all around NICE PEOPLE! You have my business and my faith. Thank you so much. xxoo

Had scooter for 3. 1/2 months, needed new battery, then trying to find tires for it. Was told they would call and let me know what they found out. Not one call in all that time, even though every time I stopped by, was again told they would call. Today, I stopped by again, and was told it was hopeless, too old to find new tires for it. Then, tried to sell me another one!? Nope, not even if I have to crawl on ground would I shop with them. If you cannot call in 3 1/2 months, even 1 time, you are not a business I choose to do business with.

Delete if not allowed, but I would like to leave a true review for this company, just to state a fact, and to give an example of their current workplace ethics. I would like to thank the customers and accept credit for all reviews that have been posted in the last 1-1/2 years while I took great pride in delivering stellar customer service and completing diligent service orders for all customers coming through the door. And in a manner of continual customer service and respect, I can no longer personally guarantee the same high level of service that the shop has grown accustomed to, as I was abruptly let go of last month by the "manager" once he realized I had found out that he was stealing my tips and taking them to the casinos (nice new truck, by the way). So the ACTUAL reviews started a month ago. I have no knowledge and cannot comment on the current state of their customer service or customer satisfaction, or whether they even offer the same services that I did for their customers previously. If you do decide to have work done here, and if you do decide to leave a tip for the skilled technician in the hot warehouse who is doing the actual work for you, please give those tips directly to the technician when you pick up your vehicle. If you give it to the guy who "works" inside and just helps you sign the paperwork, it may just end up in his pocket...then across the river.
