Our experience with University Honda Service was excellent! They diagnosed the problem promptly, recommended how to fix the problem without tossing in lots of extras, tested the repair to make sure the problem was resolved, and delivered all of this in a realistic timeframe. Mark especially was great to work with, very helpful, reliable, and professional. And through Honda we have a 10-year warranty on our new battery. We'll be back!

Dropped off vehicle for an oil change and to detect and resolve a rattling noise in the front passenger’s door. Both were accomplished in good time. AND my wife has her letter opener back. 😂

Accommodating. I had mixed up my appointment date but they worked me into the schedule anyway. Always polite and professional. I’m really glad to have a local shop to help me keep my vehicle in shape.

I live in Eugene but I travel from Eugene to Corvallis because I have always appreciated the attitude the salesmen and other workers show to their customers. I think it speaks volumes that I go to University Honda rather than the dealership in Eugene. Well done University Honda!

I personally want to thank Michael Anthony (Sales consultant) for an stress-free car buying experience. From the moment I got there, Michael talked and treated me more like a friend, helping me navigate through my purchase without all the high pressure sales games which I encountered at two different dealerships before I ended up at University Honda. Also, in addition, I would like to thank Business manager, Jason Burcina and Assistant service manager Byron Carson and all the other staff for their outstanding service as well. The staff was friendly and did an amazing job of getting me in to find the problem with my passport. They replaced my battery under warranty and sent me on my way.

Went in for a leak test on my interior of my 2007 CRV. They stated it would be 5-7 business days until I get my car back but here we are 2 weeks later with no update. I’ve called multiple times to get an update and they always say they will call me back the next day with an update and they simply don’t call. I wouldn’t get your car serviced here.
