I usually get a full free diagnosis from the dealer and bring it Ronny. My XJ8L Jaguar eas serviced extremely great was traded in I got a very good price, MKX Lincoln son now drives it and Oh the Porsche , Mercedes continue to run like they're new thanks to Universal

I’m a little late leaving a review but here goes! Had an accident in early November - busted radiator, engine fans and AC. I didn’t have collision - doh! I’m local and heard good things, Universal did not disappoint. They were able to sort it out quickly and at a fair priced. Thanks again!

This was the most amazing experience! My car broke down I had to get it towed there and the young lady at front desk did everything to help me even spoke to my warranty company to see if they would cover it and they did! They definitely have a new customer with me! I’ll be back for sure! Hopefully not too soon though lol
