Leon or Leo he ok but the lady in office her customer service trash and rude. I use to get an oil change err month with them $30 but her attitude is displeasing won't go back don't recommend but yeah mechanic ok tho lady trash.

Came in for an alignment that they said they couldn’t complete due to something being wrong with the car. I completely understand not being able to do the service due to a bad part but charging $30 to be told a service cannot be completed and calling it an inspection fee is a little outrageous. I was not told about a fee prior to arriving and I was told they should have when scheduling the appointment which did not happen. Do not recommend.

I pulled in after work end of my day my brakes were grinding Leo took me in did the brakes all around and repaired my frozen caliber at a reasonable price the next week the day after Thanksgiving and fixed my heat and defrosting issues also at a reasonable price my 2012 Hyundia Sonata is my only form of transportation so I am very grateful for this auto shop in my neighborhood 5 stars all around

Leo and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and affordable. We were on a family trip from Michigan to DC and the front passenger wheel on our Mazda 3 froze up. The staff diagnosed and repaired our car so quickly and got us back on the road in under an hour. Incredible turn around that saved our trip. Thank you!

Took my car in to have the coil over put on that I had bought new. I told the mechanic that I did one of the back ones on the ground a while back so he takes it as I only want the front done when there’s four new ones there he put two front ones on the back $250 for two front struts and then I’ve told to pay another hundred and they’ll put on the back. I don’t think so. I don’t ever drop your car off and leave it. Stay there while they’re doing the work so they do it right

Universal Auto Repair is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. The mechanics know about vehicles. Been there several times now when needed my 2010 jeep grand Cherokee fixed. Repair cost is not arm & leg. Highly recommend. Leo is excellent & knowledgeable mechanic.

They let me come in last minute for a brake job. Even though they were closing in 40 minutes they still said come on in. Quick and cheap compared to a lot of spots around town. I'll be back in a few weeks to get some more work done 👍🏻

They were really nice but to run a diagnostic on your vehicle they charge 75 dollars before any work is done. The mechanic was nice but speaks no English. Just think people should know did not bother me. The other lady who works there translates for him. Everyone's nice and it is a good place to go get your car/vehicle repaired.

Charged me 75 bucks to look at my chevy, then told me it would cost 432$ to fix. I just called someone else.180$ parts and labor, our the door!
