I am incredibly displeased. Brought our Motorhome in to have 2 things fixed, our brakes and the cigarette lighter. $1,100 and a week later nothing was fixed and we were told he couldn’t fix either of the problems and that we need to bring it to a ford dealer….. on top of that it was the middle of winter and we are currently living in our RV full time. Therefore, it is not currently winterized and we have a lot of plants in the RV (2 of which being incredibly sentimental to me). Knowing this we asked that our propane be refilled and our heat kept on. Additionally, they said it would’ve no issue to hook our RV to the electricity. The heat was not turned back on and the RV was never hooked up. All our plants are dead and I am be on believe devastated that the last thing I had from my grandparents (the 2 plants) are dead. The plants were over 30 years old…… On top of all of this there was no communication or update on when our Rv would be done (not that anything was really done to it anyway). I have never been so disappointed in an RV repair service. Not worth $190 an hour for labor.

I only had a week to get my 5th. wheel ready for a 2 month road trip and my unit had not been winterized correctly, frozen busted appliances. Trent fit me in and fixed everything he noticed I needed new tires. Great service, cares about customer.

Had my RV for 7 months. No work performed despite multiple promises to do needed repairs. Did not return phone calls or texts. I am sure he is a very capable technician but his follow through is sub-optimal.

I was traveling through Boise and had an emergency (propane leak). Although busy, Trent called back immediately and asked us to come in right away. He was very thorough and attentive. He ordered the part and got us back on the road again the next day. Trent is very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend him highly !!!

If you have any repairs needed on your rv, you MUST take it to United RV. We were traveling cross country and ended up with a bent axel. We called a couple of places to try and get the repair. Trent was the only one who called us back. And thank goodness. He not only had the axel we needed in stock, but he got us back on the road faster than we thought possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly wanted our business. We are extremely grateful we found United and highly recommend it… Terry and Sandi Schulz

My review was when Evan was with United RV - he has since left & I can't vouch for current quality of work...Outstanding work! Evan & Trent are the best. They put in a new window (not a replacement) & sink backsplash for my 2017 Ram Promaster 2500 camper conversion. It had already been built out so made the install a lot trickier, requiring careful modifications to the install. They did an excellent job. Very reasonable cost as well. I couldn’t find anyone else in the Treasure Valley to do the work. Any camper conversion folks out there- here’s the place to do any add-ons, modifications, replacements, etc

Terry saved us. Over 1000 miles from home, no Jack's and constant beeping. All shops saying no!! They were busy too but worked us in and returned us to happy campers!! 1000 thank yous. ✌️✌️

I was pleased with the work they preformed on my 5th wheel. We were waiting for parts and they finally came in and they took the time to put them on even with the cool weather. I will take my rig to them when I need more work done, they do a good job. Even did a great job for me

Took great prompt care of a couple of full-timers. Just as we were getting ready to leave Boise for Salt Lake, my wife and my Winnebago View's brake lights stopped working, and, recognizing that this RV is our home and we were needing to get on the road, United RV Repair fit us in first thing the next morning, unlike every other RV repair shop in the Treasure Valley that I called, which were all booked out at least a week. Great prices, too.

Trent and Evan are absolutely the best. Their work has been top notch starting with our first Class B Roadtrek 170. They've replace/repaired/created whatever we needed done. They've always worked extra long days to make a special trip happen even when unexpected things popped up. We currently have a 2000 Chevy 200P that needed a lot of engine work. It purrs like a kitten know and we have complete confidence in driving our RT anywhere. Recently our fuel pump blew outside of Burns, OR. After calling a tow truck, I called Trent. He diagnosed what he thought the problem was correctly. I knew he couldn't do the work because we were far from home, but we felt better just hearing what he had to say. Completely trustworthy with cost and work.

These guys are awesome! Very affordable compared to stealerships. Highly experienced and very friendly. They also did mobile repair for me because I couldn't bring my trailer and motorhome in. I highly recommend using these guys for all your rv needs.

We had an exceptional experience with Trent at United RV. He’s extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with our repairs. The work was very high quality. He listened to our issues, gave us an estimate and we paid the exact quote. Trent also helped us with numerous other RV questions by giving us recommendations. Our RV repairs were finished on time as well, which is rare in the RV industry. I could go on and on. This is hands down the best RV repair place in Boise.
