Brought our truck to thier shop it broke down right there motor locked up we purchased all new parts they took over 2 months to repair cost us almost 30 thousand dollars and the truck is still not right due to thier mechanics not knowing about the truck would not recommend this place was a first and last for my company

One of the best places in Memphis to bring your truck. If you need a PM done or something major Jake and his guys will definitely take care of you. Whatever you have going on they will go out of there way to make it right and with the best prices in the city.

I would not recommend this place to anyone they tell you one price and charge you another price. Then they will hold your equipment hostage until you pay the higher price. So check the comments out prior to bringing anything I notice a lot of comments saying they negotiated pricing before leaving it cost almost 8k, which it should never cost that much. I will never come to this place again. STAY AWAY!!!!

I notice a lot of comments saying they negotiated pricing I went in for a 3 hour job but they charge 2 hours per spring left bushing it came to be $972 for a 3 hour job & they didn’t have to press the bushings way to high considering I bought each kit myself. Get pricing before they start the job. My last time ever coming here

Never Come this shop for tire replacement , Wasted lots of time and paid unfair price , How they can charge $80 bucks for Installation only. I used to work with them rarely before that time I satisfied their service but today no zero guys.

I will never take my power unit back to this place. They charged me close to $2000 to fix the break valve on my Kenworth t680. I have never seen this kind of overcharging before. It was ridiculous. Please do not call this people to fix your truck unless you get no other options.

Jake is a great guy with a good crew. They have everything from experienced mechanics to young greenhorns. Jake is constantly finding young men and trying to give them a new career path. I’ve personally seen him make special accommodations time and time again to get trucks back on the road. Keep up the good work!

The dreaded oil leak when you're under a load OTR. Contacted these guys for a service call. They came out, diagnosed correctly, got us to their shop, and repaired our problem. NGL, the price, although fair, was still a shock. You know how it is, hard to let go of hard earned bucks. BUT!!!!! But, 580 miles down the road, we're on time for our delivery, and the repair and replace job is top-notch. We are very grateful and will definitely go back next time we need help. Special thanks to our mechanic, Chase. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a nice guy.
