Audi's isn't a specialty of United Auto Over the holiday 2023 I had car issues I was told by Facebook acquaintances that this shop was good at Audi repairs this may be true but not dealing with major repairs such as engine's as I was told by craig after assessing my SUV that I needed an engine. I asked if he could repair it and how much was his fees to complete the job I agreed upon his fees and I found a used engine and took my car in to Untied Auto shop to have The engine put in with doing so the old engine whatever parts that was needed should have been taken off the old engine but wasn't the ones that was placed in I was told wasn't blown out before install and the injectors wasn't changed out causing other issues I took my SUV in 3 times after they placed the engine it was a loud knocking noise each time the second time he mentioned that it was the injectors I'm not knowledgeable of auto repairs so I call the place I purchased the engine from and was told that the injectors should have been checked before sending the engine that I originally had in the SUV back so I called and mentioned that to craig he informed me to get some seafoam and put it in my SUV to blow the engine out that didn't work the Injectors had to be changed so I brought my car back for the 3rd time and Craig informed me that he changed out One injector and to my understanding from Audi that all injectors should have been checked from the begging he then informed me that the fees for putting that injector was and additional $500 I had already informed him that the cost of the engine and his fees had maxed out my credit cards I didn't have any money so and he gave me my key I drove off thinking my car was fixed only to get stranded in Huston where the car remains. with a list of complications some being he only changed one of the injector never blow out the engine before putting it in etc. I have been getting ride share borrowing my family's cars and my patient car just to get to work. for a job that was paid for in full and wasn't properly done woman are treated so unfairly when dealing with auto repairs this has left me without a car for weeks and now having to find other means of getting around. If I could give zero stars I would.

Craig is awesome! He did great work and faster than expected, and it was even lower cost than he initially quoted me. Definitely recommend him.

This place is the worst of the worst and the reason mechanics have bad name. Not only are their prices inflated, but they are thieves. We had an engine replaced and when we got the car back they had stolen 2 of the 4 brand new tires. Wrong engine and is leaking around the valve covers. This was for a single grand mother down on her luck. This place is disgusting. Stay away at all cost.

Craig very quickly determined was was wrong with my husband’s truck and got us a quote that was fair and reasonable. We are a 2 car family and both work in FTW so it was hard to be down to one vehicle, Craig worked quickly and got our truck repaired in a timely manner which we appreciated very much! We are definitely going to be return customers if need be and we will recommend United Automotive to others.

Had previously gone to a local Toyota dealership and asked for a repair estimate on fixing our 2004 Toyota Corolla air conditioner (not cooling at all). Their response was $450-$500. United Auto fixed it for under $100! Great mechanic, great customer service! Thank you United Auto! Fast service too.
