I called ahead and told the front desk person that I'd be there in 5 minutes and asked how long my wait would be. He told me 40 minutes to an hour. After sitting there for an hour and a half I saw them move my car so I assumed my oil change was finished. 10 minutes later I approached the guy at the desk and told him I saw them move my car so I'd like to pay for my oil change to get on with my day. He charged me and then I said I need the keys he went to go get them and came back and told me that they had to reset my odometer for the oil change. I saw the guy walk out there about 5 minutes later so I went out knowing that this only takes 30 seconds and I was ready to go. He was backing out and told me they hadn't done the oil change yet and they'd be done in 5 to 10 minutes. I am blown away that they not only lied about the wait time but then lied to my face about the oil change being finished. This is such telling behavior of how they treat their customers.

United Autocare center did a great job with my oil change and as promised a free diagnosis on my car. They got my car in very quickly and had it done within the same hour. If you're looking for a great spot with reasonable prices, I would recommend this center 😊

I used them yesterday and they saved my car. I literally had so many problems rear brakes would almost not let me stop, needed a/c charge ect. They hooked my car up now I am enjoying ice cold almost freezing air. 🙏 Thank you. Very good mechanic here. Everything they said they would fixed is working like a dream my car drives so smooth. I am a single mom so I always worry mechanics will rip you off but they are honest and showed me all the problems up front which most I new anyhow. I think these mechanics are hero’s because they saved me and my kids from the extreme heat! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

I dnt recommend this place I need to be taking them to court so many issues with my car, the do whatever they can to have ur warranty pay out for things I'm not even sure they fix. My ca was brought here by another mechanic shop withbout my knowledge the keeps my car for months. When I finally got my car back thefirst time nmtheissue wasn't even fixed afterbeing told they fixed the issue which caused my engine to mess up so they changed my engine out with a used engine with out my knowledge or me being aware of what they was doing (the never contacted me to see if I was okay with whatever wor they was doing) but come to find out they never fixed the first issue so why did u really change out my engine? I had to return the car back after getting it the first time causeit was worse than when I brought it in it had new issues and the issue the said they fixed whicb caused my engine to mess up was still there. Smh I meet several ppl everytime I went up there to talk who was having issues with this place. I recorded almost all our conversations I will be reporting them to their insurance and the dmv

Let me start off by saying that the service took way longer than it should have due to no fault of these guys. Auto zone was to blame due to sending the incorrect part. Even as I began to get frustrated by the timely service, I was continuously greeted by friendless and respect. Customer service is a 10/10. I would come back and recommend them however getting a different part supplier would be a great idea.

Useless shop. Left for my car for warranty claim, no work was done, car was not touched, said some bullshit to my warranty company to get them to replace the motor and that got denied so my car just sat here for nothing. TO TOP IT OFF $300 DIAG FEE TO PICKUP MY CAR

I walk in today to get an oil change Dee and Ali was very nice they are making sure that I very happy and that I am . I am so happy I decided to come here and have my service done here. Terrible they waste your time . I made an appointment the day before to come there.The next morninI was promised that I'll be out by early afternoon I was their first customer at eight a m to other people left ahead of me and at. 12 o'clock.They still hadn't gotten a estimate ready. 4 hours without even a estimate to get started! I ended up taking my car to somewhere else.It was out of there in three hours.. The manager was rude to his employees Saying things like do as I tell you. And the husky white guy with the beard got aggressive with a woman until her boyfriend stepped in. Stay away !!

DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Paid over $5,000 to replace an engine and after months of not getting the car back, when we finally did get it back it was mis firing and barely running. The office staff tried to get me to pay another $1,000 to replace the plugs. They are unprofessional and rude and now I need to take it to a legitimate honest shop. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Extremely satisfied with the service Rafael and Ken provided me today. I had some difficulties but Rafael was honored to help me & had a smile the entire time while doing it, u can tell he loves his team and his customers. I came in to get an oil change on my vehicle & found out that I was ripped off by the previous shop I received terrible service from. I’ve been having an oil leak for MONTHS but couldn’t figure out where the problem was, but Ken was hands on & was happy to show me the mistakes he was willing to correct. All around service auto shop that I will GLADLY return to every time. THANK YOU GUYS!!! 💙

They lost a customer and gained a bad review. I paid 54.00 for a synthetic oil change a week ago as the week goes by I start seeing messages about my fluids being low, so yesterday I called them to inquire about what comes with an oil change. One guy told me to come in to get the service because to him it sound like it was forgot. I received a call from someone else 2 mins later from a guy telling me that it's an additional charge to have have fluids topped off. Why in the hell wasn't I not only advised of this but most important why wasn't I upsold?? These cars have been performing in extremely high temperatures this summer and they need more then just oil. I will not be returning due to the lack of care for my vehicle. Now I'm stuck finding someone to complete the job I hired them to do.

I recently received my truck back from this service center, only to find the windshield covered in a thick layer of oil. It appeared as though it had been smeared with the wipers rather than cleaned. Additionally, I discovered several used oil rags scattered throughout the interior of the truck and a used car battery on the backseat. When I reported these issues to the receptionist, his response was dismissive, asking if the battery was mine. Despite removing the battery, he neglected to take all the oil rags, leaving some behind. Furthermore, I later found an open applesauce container in the backseat. My business cards were scattered across the dashboard, and two Klien screwdrivers and some coins were missing. I am extremely disappointed with the state in which my truck was returned and the lack of professionalism shown by the staff. *UPDATE* The owner handled the situation appropriately. I have previously had work done at this service center without any issues. However, it appears that one of the employees was very careless. I hope the owner investigates this matter thoroughly and takes appropriate action to address the unprofessional behavior and any potential misconduct.

The customer service is exceptional and God bless you all for your hard work and consideration. They got me and my husband in quick and honored our coupons . It was such a home-vibe because they showed hospitality and also care for my pregnancy complications. They were prompt . Kudos and God Bless !
