We were able to drop off my moms car for 2 new tires and an oil change at 10 am and it was ready by 4. Big Mark and Little Mark are very helpful taking care of mom.

I never have to worry if the work is getting done right or if I'm getting ripped off because this is One of.... if not the best car shop in STL.... The owner is a stand up guy vary nice,honest, I can't say enough good things about this place....... you should stop by there you will see what I'm talking about.

Mark and Shane are two of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics I’ve met, and my family has been coming here for years. More often than not they will tell you there’s nothing wrong! That’s how you know that they are honest.

I went in as a walk in for an oil change. They got to it right away. Was very specific about pricing. Was told it would be about an hour. I got a call about 30 mins later that it was complete. Very professional, polite and friendly people and atmosphere. This is a company that cares about their customers needs and wants. Will be doing my oil changes there for now on. Thanks for wonderful experience. Lower prices then everyone else, but competitive.

The employees here are honest and friendly--I thought something was wrong with my car because of a noise it was making, and the employees were honest and told me nothing needed repaired. I also had my safety/emissions inspections completed here, and it was an efficient and easy process. I would recommend Union Weber for inspections, and I would suggest getting a quote from them for repair work you might need completed.

The owner was charming and cared that I got everything I needed got a flat and needed two rear tires they got me taken care of in the same day I went there.the owner was so nice he fixed my tire and put it back on the car.

Helped me out with a flat tire. It was close to closing time and they still fixed it really fast. I live 1 hour away and called Dobbs and they told me to come on down but 3 people ahead of me so they cold not guarantee that someone would look at it. Would have to wait until the next day. Didn't care that I needed to go home. Union weber actually cared. Spent a lot of money at Dobbs in the past, don't go there, big chain outfit don't care

I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here unless you actually know how much parts are. I brought my no crank no start car here to get it diagnosed, they told me my ECU had failed, $1000 for parts and labor. I didn’t know much about my car at the time, so I thought something major had happened. Although I didn’t get it done, it really showed me the type of mechanics who work here. I was able to find a replacement ECU online for literally $200, programmed to my VIN and ready to plug in to my car. It’s not like the labor would’ve cost a lot since I unplugged my ECU in 5 minutes myself. Not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one or just “be nice”, but they offered to cover the diagnostic fees if I let them have the car. Which would have made them a hefty profit. Oh, and they never even called me to tell me they had finished the diagnosis. I had to call them myself a week after I dropped it off to see what happened to it. I’d recommend the shop across the street because at least they called me when my car was ready 😐

I've been there multiple times and always have great experience with them! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They get to your vehicle faster than dealerships do. Upfront an honest with what you need to repair.
