I think this is the most reliable place in Williamsburg. There’s a strange review, but it seems like it was left by a competitor. In my opinion, Eugene is truly trustworthy and always keeps his promises. I will always go to him if I have any issues with my car!

Amazing people! My daughter who lives in Brooklyn was driving back and her driver's side window would not close, it was after 5pm and it was pouring rain. Two other repairs shops were not able to help her, the guys at Union did. Plus the repair price was reasonable.

Eugene and his team are amazing. He's thoughtful about how to repair Subarus of all ages and won't do work just to make a buck. He even took the time to teach me how to do some repairs myself.

Had a car 04 Impreza repainted here, I figured it was a great choice due to the line of subarus outside. However 5 years later the clear coat on my car has completely come off. My hood looks like it's shedding and is mismatched. This work extends all throughout the car, I'm not sure exactly what happen. I took it to another shop and what they described it to be was that he used a premix clear coat. Another 3 thousand later and the car has been repainted. Overall I'm not happy, he was amazing in person however his work reflected over the years.

When you arrive there is a line of 300hp+ subarus sitting out front for a reason. Got a subaru? This is the place. They fix other makes too but the owner is obsessed with the cars, knows them inside and out and does quality work.
