I'm changing my review and express how I feel about this location I want to make it clear that they do a good job I wouldn't say perfect but they will take care of you however there is a few issues with the company and the main thing is the finance option when you Finance loan let's say $2,000 they will double it and you'll be thinking that's good however that's not really good because if you don't pay it the amount that you pay for the service in 90 days you end up paying the full amount which is 4,000 now this is just a estimate from my experience yes it's nice that I can Finance it but the fact that they said that amount instead of the amount you're paying for they get a big check of money and if you don't pay back the money in 90 days you have to pay the repair plus the extra money that you're not able to use they were just going to make you get another loan so that's why I'm getting this place of one star because the fact that instead of let me just put the same amount of the service in the parts instead of getting extra money that's the kind of shit I don't like I like the guy I like the owner but this is a reason why I prefer to try to do my own repair is business practices make me sick

The reviews seem too-good-to-be-true so I was definitely skeptical, but they peaked my curiosity so much that I had to check it out just in case they were true. Also, they are one of the few places open on Saturday which fits my schedule. Unfortunately, I was forced to get a second opinion due to a huge corporate owned repair estate, but fortunately lucked out and discovered this independent small business. Looks a little scary and run down on the outside and inside. And they opened 30 minutes late, but don't let these things deter you. Pierre told me that the estimate for my suspension problems would take only about 30 to 45 minutes. I was happily surprised when that was actually all that it took. I was presented with a simple and itemized easy-to-understand estimate for parts and labor. I had to double check it, because it was way below the cost of my initial estimate from the corporate place. It covered all my issues and included a warranty. They had the parts available and were ready to go, so I decided to have the job done immediately. The estimated time to complete the job was conveniently accurate too. Very fast and efficient. Courteous staff. They may be a little rough around the edges, but they worked out great for me. Especially when it came to time and money. I will go back for repeat service. Highly recommend.

WOW!!! Unidos was awesome. I’m not a Memphis local but if I was, I’d be taking my truck here. I have a very customized and lifted truck that needed new wheel bearings but it’s a complicated job. They went out of their way to get all the right parts and pieces and had great communication to make sure I knew everything that was going on and the price of everything which was $300 cheaper than the previous shop, but seems to be better quality work! I’m so glad these guys were able to get me in same day and have the truck done within 24 hours during a holiday week. Thanks guys!!!

Super nice staff, went in for a tire sensor replacement and a new exhaust pipe and got repaired the same day! Very affordable prices too and knowledgeable on all vehicles. Definitely my new go to mechanic shop !

They had my car for a month but never found out the issue. I tried to pick it up twice to take it somewhere else, but they kept telling me "it's not ready yet. It'll be ready in 2 hours". Yes both times. Update: We were able to talk about the miscommunication and everything was cleared up. Although they couldn't solve my problem, they offered additional assistance which I was grateful for. They completely drained my battery and didn't at least make me aware. So I gotta get a new one

Great service! I called in the morning for an estimate on a passenger side mirror replacement and when I got off work they were able to replace it same-day. Thank you Unidos, I will be coming back for all of my auto repairs.
