I needed air in my tires because it was negative degrees outside and they were completely open. Not only were they able to get me air, but they changed my cabin filter because it was completely black they even showed me where the air filter was located. I ended up getting an oil change while there because I was a few thousand miles over. While I was there they cleaned my windshield and broke up the ice that had collected from me driving around that day. One of the rare facilities that provides a military discount. I was blown away by their customer service and very grateful for them.

Receive services today from Hunter, Drew and Logan. They were all amazing. They were certain that my headlights were not working correctly the guys Replaced them and then checked my radiator fluid. We're pleased and happy with their service. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. Thank you, Uncle Eds 😀

Went to the location in portage on Westnedge. Was not walked through the different oil options they had. They just put in the most expensive synthetic oil. My car calls for 5w20 oil. They put in 0w20 synthetic. When I brought this up they said they would “bring it to the district managers attention” and had me leave. The worker who gave me the receipt was sympathetic and gave me 15 off but I’m pretty sure there is more of a price gap than 15 dollars.

The service done by the laborers (service technicians) was excellent. The reason for the two stars is it is way overpriced…. to the point of price gouging. For instance, the Oil change alone was over $100. An oil change! Then for an indoor cabin filter, they charged me $72. An inside cabin filter should cost no more than $20-$25. My total bill was $215 for an oil change, a cabin filter, and two windshield wipers. I probably won’t ever go back just because of the price gouging. The laborers themselves (service technicians) did an excellent job. They were very professional, quick, and courteous.

Worst visit I have ever had at this Uncle Ed’s. Never showed me the dipstick after putting new oil in, didn’t clean the windshield, no washer fluid added, and didn’t check tire pressure. I was the only customer with three employees, so it wasn’t a being rushed issue.
