Incredible customer service from the owner all the way down to staff they go above and beyond for their customers the owner himself came to me on a Sunday afternoon when my car would not start got me going again and solved my issue the next day. I will definitely continue to use them. They have 2 locations to choose from.

Brought my truck in for an alignment after another shop in town tried three times and failed. Mind you my truck only has 60,000 miles and all of the suspension and steering are tight and in good working order. The guys at Ultimate were super thorough and transparent while looking over the truck to make sure there were no hidden issues preventing an alignment. They took great care of me and my vehicle because they take pride in the work they do. I will definitely be returning for future business!

Where to begin, from the first moment we spoke with Steven, it was apparent this was going to be a pain free experience. Steven explained the work needed and at no point it seemed like he was trying to up sell me. There was no pressure for me to approve the work, and he was very patient while I contemplated my decision. After the work was completed, Steven assured us all repairs were made as discussed, and explained the whole process. My vehicle rides like the day I drove it off the car lot! Thank you Steven, your team, and Ultimate as a whole! I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend to anyone looking for transparent, honest, and reasonably priced auto repair service.

My wife and 3 year old daughter were travelling thru Slidell (several hundred miles from home), when she heard a clunking noise from the front suspension of her car. She took it to Ultimate Automotive, by chance, because it happened to be near their motel. They got her in immediately, diagnosed the issue as a loose sway bar link, and tightened it up. All in less than an hour. They told her there was no charge, but my wife insisted on paying a nominal fee for the fast and honest service. They also told her of a couple of other very minor issues that they noticed that will need attention once she makes it home, too. I am so grateful that my wife and daughter found this place. And I am grateful for the help that they gave to get my family safely back on their way. There are still good people in this world, despite what the news may say, Praise The Lord.
