Excellent service. Called Ultimate Automotive about an oil change and to check my car for an oil leak. They took my car in immediately, confirmed leak, did the oil change and made an appointment to bring car in to fix it according to my payday and got the part ordered!

Went in for a break inspection, upon inspecting my rear breaks, they needed replacement. The very friendly staff was able to get me back on the road with new breaks. The price was right and my day was brighter with a quality job done.

I've been a customer since they opened. A local family owned business. Lovely people to do business with. I don't take my car anywhere else. Finding honest mechanics that are actually bothered and who cares about their customers is difficult these days. I just had my 120k mile service done with them. I was expecting to need to have my coolant fluid changed, but forgot I'd had it done early, 30k ago. The Service Manager, Don, said "Ken, it doesn't need doing for another 30k miles. Save some money, have it done at 150k."

My first experience with this company was beyond a 5 star. My partner’s BMW went into auto theft lock and would not start. The staff came to our house and climbed into the trunk to help resolve the problem. . Wow, that’s unheard of customer service but that act alone made me use them when it came to my Jeep. They were honest with the previous mechanics mistakes, fair priced, and the customer service was on point. Thank you to the mechanics and Taylor for the A-1 customer service and follow up.

My brother lives in New Orleans and was told that this shop will do quality work . From the moment I met Don I felt comfortable. The customer service from him and Taylor alone makes the experience wonderful. I sat and listen to the different customers come in the shop and most came in on recommendation of previous customers. Some customers were returning because of the quality work, prices and honesty. I watched as Don explained by showing a customer the actual part and the damage the broken part did to the engine. For me I was amazed, because explain to a customer and showing as well made the customer understand the problem, how to fix it and what else will happen if not fixed. Every worker who walked to the door spoke very respectful and polite. I have many thing’s wrong with my car. I was given a list from must needed done because of safety issue to issues I had a little time to fix. My report was very well explained to me by Don and why each problem was an issue. Prices were listed no hidden fees. I am getting all my issues resolved in steps starting with the shop’s recommendation. Each time I get an issue resolved my car is riding better, safer, and more reliable on the road. With this level of customer service from Don and Taylor alone I will never go anywhere else. My experience has exceeded my expectations of dealing with an automotive shop. Friendly, clean, reliable, knowledgeable, respectful people of your time, money and your vehicle who listens to your concerns, investigate and provide feedback easily shown and explained to you. Why go anywhere else? Please come and get the honest quality experience I received. Everyone who comes through the door receives the best.

Whenever my car has an issue, I bring it to Don at Ultimate Automotive. They have always been professional, friendly, and done excellent work no matter I need. They go above and beyond, I would give 10 stars if I could.

Wouldn't recommend bringing your car to the Gause location. I got my BMW towed from Picayune to there because they said they could work on the car. My issue was the smell of gas on the inside and engine misfires, I thought it was an injector problem. 2 days later they say they have to order tools to work on the car, long story short I had to pay for a diagnoses with no idea what needs to be fixed. It feels like nothing was done but reading the codes and lifting the car up on the rack. I decided to have the car towed to BMW so I can have some confidence in the car getting a full diagnosis and a solution. 300 down the drain before I can get some real answers. 160 towing and 140 for the last 2 days of nothing getting done.

Brought them two cars said they couldn't fix it either of them, one needed a whole new engine they charged me $8,000 crazy. Had to sell it brought him another one and they say they didn't want to fix it or they just too much I'm just trying to get on the road man and no help. Had to still pay two tow trucks. Wrong customer owner. Smh

Great customer service, communication, and knowledgeable.I went in just to get my trans flushed and filled, as well as my rear diff.and they called me for a small problem with my battery terminals I didn't know I had ,with a service check they do anyway, and was fixed.I will definitely be going back for any future service I can't do myself, as well as being quite affordable

Had issues with my AC in my 2011 Mazda3, and I called them up. Explained my issues and the man was super helpful, and helped me identify the issue. Told me to come right in, and helped get in and out in just 3 hours! Price was reasonable and he explained everything to me, and overall it was an amazing and friendly experience. Loved the staff and I'm sure you'll love them too!!

I am not usually impressed with auto service shops but Ultimate Automotive is in a class by itself. The A/C in my 2010 Subaru failed, blowing hot & steamy, so I had them check it out. Don Stannard, the Service Manager, was great to deal with. He was personable and professional, quickly assessed the issue and his tech team came up with a smart and affordable solution. I was most pleased with the clear communication. Don took his time in explaining exactly what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. Best of all, it was finished precisely when promised and blowing icy cold now. (Jeff, these guys need a raise!) Really a great team you got there.

Very knowledgeable guys, very helpful and friendly. They will give you multiple options and explain the plus and minus of each. They don't force anything on you and explain everything in detail. Saved me a ton of money. Lastly, I won't go into details but the owner went out of his way for me after hours with a semi emergency and continued to assist me throughout the next day. They have a lifetime customer here! And it's veteran owned! Win win win

IM a disabled veteran who just moved to slidell. I have a 2013 mercedes cls and it was misfiring and check engine light on.I had vehicle towed and so glad.Vehicle was fixed and price was great.Thanks guys for everything will keep you.

On the 8th of April at 10 am we called for help at Steven's repair shop. We needed 2 spare tires for a 20 FT trailer which turned out to be a very specific size. My family has been traveling from Las Vegas to Florida for three days and we were all worried about how to fix our problem. Stephen went above and beyond his professional abilities to help us. But what not every person carries in himself is the humanity in the heart! He is an employee who represents the company he works for as a professional, building customer relationships of loyalty and trust. First, I want to Thank Jeff and his team for getting me back on the road last Thursday. I was traveling from Florida back to East Texas when a rear brake caliper went bad, and I had virtually no rear brakes when I pulled into his shop at 4:30 on Wednesday evening. Jeff had one of his team members look at my car, diagnose and determine what was needed to get me back on the road. The parts showed up Thursday morning, and they made the repairs and got me back on my way to East Texas. Needless to say, the service was Fantastic and the pricing was Very, very fair. Anyone who needs any service work done in Slidell, Louisiana, needs to go to Ultimate Automotive. Thanks again Jeff!

Let me start by saying that I NEVER let anyone else work on my vehicles; however, Jeff and the crew at Ultimate Auto are beyond AMAZING! I've never used their services until today, and they've got a guaranteed customer from now on! They saved me over $400 by properly diagnosing and repairing a starter issue that ended up only being my battery needing to be replaced. This Place Is Legit! The Manager Don And Owner Jeff Are Very Knowledgeable And Take Pride In Their Work. Went In To Get One Thing Done To My Truck And Ended Up Getting Something Else I Needed Done For A Little Over The Price P Boys Was Gonna Charge Me For One. They Said My Truck Would Be Done In One Day And It Was. It Was A Plus That The Whole Staff Was Friendly. If Your Looking To Get Anything Done To Your Vehicle I Highly Recommend Ultimate Automotive.

The service was amazing, specials thanks to the technician that fixed my car and to Dom who was very helpful. My car had broke down on I-10 right outside of Louisiana and Dom went over and beyond to help me look for tow company that would tow my car to their shop. After getting it delivered, we found out that the technician had stayed an hour late for us. Needless less to say the car was fixed in about 1-2 days and they also worked out a payment plan. I am VERY happy with the services I received. I would definitely reccomend Ultimate Automotive to anyone who's looking for tremendously good and fast services!

When I showed up here it was the first time I had ever been there but I was treated like a loyal , long time customer. My husband needed to be to work out of state in 3 days it was a two-day drive to get to where he was going and even though it was a holiday weekend and I'm sure these guys were ready to get out of there and enjoy their holiday, they took our situation into consideration and fixed our car so that my husband could make it to work on time. We are so grateful. They have definitely earned our business in the future.
