Horrible mechanics, failed to give me service, they kept my car in the shop for two months and never gave me a notice on what was going and not only that they destroyed my car even more by driving it back to there location and when I picked up the service engine light popped up on the dashboard which made my vehicle even worse to drive. I tried reaching out to them a few times but their communication skills is strictly poor. If you are reading this I think very carefully before sending your car to these people because they will screw you over like they did my car so please it’s for your own good don’t not take your car to this shop.

Kudos to Ulmer's Auto Care in Deer Park for having a great website to schedule appointments. The process was easy to book an oil change. After dropping off my vehicle, Dave was available to provide shuttle service. The work was completed on time and I have to say Ulmer's does an excellent job servicing customers and keeping them informed during and after the repair process.

At first I was not convinced, it was my first time in Ulmer’s Auto Care in Deer park, in the end the person who helped me was honest, he told me what my car really needed, an affordable quote, answered all my questions, inspected everything I requested, plus they offered me a service to take me to work, so while I worked they would take care of my car... . this will be my favorite Auto care. Highly recommend! Honest and reliable service!! Very different than any other place we have ever gone to! Dave and his team are so knowledgeable and professional above and beyond!!! Prices are fair and they show you what is important to fix and what can wait! Also, only time I have ever gone to have a car repair done and not have my car come back smelling like smoke! They are wonderful!!

I love Ulmer's in Deer Park, because: 1. I can walk there & back. 2. They have a shuttle if I need a ride 3. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable 4. The prices are fair & I don't feel taken advantage as a female 5. I can get all my maintenance done at once

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Been taking my vehicles to Ulmers for several years, Anderson and Deer Park locations. Same great service at both! Would not consider going anywhere else. Thankful for their dependable vehicle service! UPDATE: Another great service visit at Deer Park location! Worked me in on an already tight schedule. Thanks Dave and team!

Easy breezy experience and they’re in the neighborhood! Made one call, dropped off my car and picked up after hours. Was able to correspond and coordinate everything by text and one phone call. I will definitely be using Ulmer’s from now on.

Ulmer's Deer Park is awesome! Dave, Ron, Dan, Eric and James are all professional individuals. They always make sure that your car is safe to be on the road. I currently have 3 vehicles they service. The Tekmetric.com app they use to send you inspection reports including pictures of your vehicles are very important for the consumer to be able to visualize their broken or damaged parts of the car. My old dealership service department did not use this technology. Keep up the great work - Ulmer's Deer Park!!

The bolt under the tank containing the engine oil wasn't tightened after my oil change was done by Ulmer's Auto Care on 12.20.24. That resulted in my oil leaking out. If I had driven it one more time, it would have fallen out and all my oil would have leaked out, resulting in engine damage. I'm very disappointed about that.

Took the car in for a brake check, they looked at it and texted me the work they advised. Prices were not listed. I get a call while still looking, and I was advised of the work needed: brake pads/rotors on all the wheels, new tires, cabin air filter, and it's "due for an oil change". I was quoted the total price said OK, do the work. After I picked up the car, I looked at the itemized list. I wish this had been explained in detail, in advance. I was charged 66.75 for the cabin air filter, 29.99 for filter and 31.93 for labor. I could/should have bought it at the auto parts place and replaced it myself for 12 bucks in 15 minutes. Then I noticed 64.63 charge for the "Tire Protection Package". I would not have selected that, it won't be used. I use synthetic oil, and had another 1000 miles I could/should have waited on that. So don't make the mistakes I did, and asked for an itemized list including the prices. I think I should have that up front.

Brought in for one problem - they found another more serious one and fixed both quickly. The same price as the dealer, so not inexpensive. The fact that they have several locations, one of which is very close by, makes them a good option

Honest, reliable and quick! I would not trust my car to any other auto care shop or dealership service center. Ulmer’s provided a thorough report with pictures so I could see each car part referenced. I had my one year old infant with me when I dropped off my car for service, I am always offered a loaner car but this time my service was just a few hours so I was offered a ride back home while my car was being worked on. My car was repaired and returned in my driveway at the end of the day. Ulmer’s always goes above and beyond for me. My neighbors all take their cars here and have similar experiences. They do good work and they are fair with their pricing.

I love this place! They’re respectful, thorough and don’t try to upsell me every time I bring my car in. If they discover a problem, they explain it, send pictures, and then let me decide if I want to address it at that time or not. What a breath of fresh air!

They don't do small jobs like removing a stripped screw or taking a piece to be put back in place. They always try to do the complete job and it's too expensive for whatever you want to do. They are very good, but if you are looking for something comfortable, this is not the place.

I really like this place I wasn't sure about it at first because I usually go to my dealer but the dealer was charging over $100 for an oil change which was ridiculous I really like this place I think it's good they've gave me got lots of recommendations on my car and I really appreciate it
