Needed a battery (AGM) purchased and installed ASAP (original battery, was 6yrs old, car wasn't driven for 20 days, parked outside, a.m. temperature was 10°or lower half of those days); after receiving a jump start, I hightailed it to Ulmer's; my appointment was at 1pm but arrived at 9:30am after the jump (didn't trust cutting the car off). I told service advisor Erin and manager Shay that I was over 3hrs early and would wait; I was told to have some coffee and they would do their best to work me in when possible, at 11am I had a new battery (my old battery was testing good, just needed a recharge) but based on the age of the battery I decided on a new one, the decision was entirely left up to me, NO pressure to buy a new one, they were going to recharge my old one. HIGHLY PROFESIONAL staff, courteous and engaging (made "small talk " with me as I waited) and their price was the lowest of the 4 places I called ( AGM batteries are on the higher price scale). Once again, HIGHLY PROFESIONAL service, 1st time customer but not last time customer and I am happily spreading the word; goodbye dealer services, hello Ulmer's.

Took my Honda CR-V to Ulmer’s in Blue Ash for a second opinion on several items the Honda dealer said needed attention: 1) Tie rod end play & 2) Intermediate shaft leak. Ulmers mechanic reported 1) Nope - tie rod end is fine & 2) Yes Intermediate shaft is leaking but doesn’t need fixing right now. Saved me $1,100!! Also quoted me for 100,000 mile service at a much lower cost than the dealer. I’ll be taking my Honda to Ulmer‘s from now on.

Very pleased with the quality of the work. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. A loaner car was available at no cost as the work took longer than a day. The price for work was very reasonable.

Absolutely the best value in repairs. Very fair in pricing. Quality work. I have never felt taken advantage of, which I can't say for other places I get car services. I strongly recommend this repair garage. It it just east of the Marathon gas station.

We live directly across the street from Mo's. My Mom Goes here and I'm very comfortable with them as I know when she goes here she is treated well and fairly. So many of these places take advantage of people..This is not something you need to worry about here. They have a rare thing..Integrity! They have done everything on My Moms Mariner from Ac to brakes and tires..even rescue when needed....I couldn't recommend them higher..a good clean honest crew.. Thank you Fred

Wives car broke down on 71 at pfeiffer due to radiator hose connection failing. Called Mo’s and had car towed to lot. They fixed it with in an hour same day Friday before New Years. So great full for those guys since I was stuck at work. Did everything over the phone and got our car out before the holiday.
