Whether simple maintenance or repair, the work is always done correctly and at a fair price. These guys are very, very good at what they do.

I’ve been using Ulmer’s for over seven years and have always been pleased. They communicate well, tell you what is needed and what can wait, and stand behind their work. Plus, they actually get to know you and your car(s). I was actually referred to them by another automotive repair shop due to their close proximity to my residence in Anderson Township. Highly recommend!

My battery completely died. I needed an oil change and my brakes examined also. They came to my house, gave me a power jump to get me to the shop, courtesy ride home. Replaced the battery and kept the car overnight to complete a multi-point inspection and maintenance without a previous appointment. Told me my brakes were still good and to wait awhile to service them. Good price, and best customer service I have ever seen. Update February 2025. Just had new tires and oil change. Ulmer's Anderson continues to be my go-to for both my cars. Not the cheapest, not the fastest, simply the most reliable, competent, cooperative--the best.

We have been using Ulmers in Anderson for years. Highly recommend. We have older cars they help keep them running. We just had tires put on two of our vehicles and engine mounts another. They are always honest, friendly and timely. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for us.

I've NEVER met kinder, hard working people! Steve's customer service is INCREDIBLE! My life depends on my car and when something is wrong with my car my life falls apart quickly! These people here actually cared! They quickly assessed the problem and got me in fast! I'm so extremely grateful! I had called my dealership and they couldn't get me in for 5 weeks for a strange noise. I was able to make an appointment with Ulmer's and the repair was completed within a day. Now I feel a lot safer driving my car.

I have been there a couple of times staff was friendly and accommodating last issue I had was myAC quit working after having it repaired to the tune of 1800 bucks within a year….when I picked up car I had a list of items that needed to be addressed from an inspection which I did not ask for and I still had no clue why AC wasn’t working……stupid me I thought if I took it in they would find the problem if I had to pay for adding refrigerant or testing that would have found issue I could live with that cost…..I drove home 100 bucks less and still no reason why system wasn’t working…..still irks me off ……it’s not the money it’s the business model I have a problem with….while an inspection is important it shouldn’t be a tool for generating profits for that location

Bumper to Bumper service. I needed wipers and it was found my back rear right break pad was coming apart. Not wanting to spend alot of money, but I guess you do need brakes. So those were replaced. I also discussed the disappointment in the condition of one of my tires, I purchased all 4 of my tires with Ulmer's, and one tire had a gouge on it that scared me driving on the hwys. So they were able to come to a solution, so I could feel confident in Ulmer's product and service, and feel safe on the roads again. Thank you for listening to my concern and working with me!!

The Ulmers's Anderson team, specifically Steve, offers excellent service. Recently, my relatively new van had an issue with the battery. Steve went over and above to help me out - even personally traveling to my house to address the issue. As background, we have been having our cars serviced at Ulmer’s Anderson for years. Steve and his dedicated team works closely to ensure the work needed is completed in a professional and timely manner. This includes being priced fairly. Ulmers always does such a great job and they back their service with guarantees. I recently had some brake work completed and unfortunately they continued to squeak...without hesitation they asked us to bring car back and no questions asked completed work that remedied the issue.
