I’ve brought my new car here ever since I got it and they’ve been amazing. I’ve worked with Ulises and Angel and they’ve always given me fair prices. I’ll keep coming to this auto shop, I trust them to do right by me.

6 months ago my car went out on me on my way to work (waterpump). I had my car towed to U&A Automotive Repair and received excellent service. I have brought my car back twice since my first service with them (needed a new axel and a new a/c). Ulises and staff are very straight forward and pricing is reasonable. As a single mother it is hard to come across people who will be honest and won't cheat you. I trust them so much and appreciate the quality of work that I will continue to bring my vehicle to U&A Automotive Repair, and I drive all the way from Conroe,TX. That is just a testament to how great their customer service is. I am completely satisfied. They are elite!!!!!!

I have been bringing my car here for three years and the main mechanic really knows his stuff. His prices are also very reasonable. I've never worried about if my was fixed properly once he fixed the issue. Definitely recommed.

My Brother went there for some work, and guess what he's so disappointed plus that charged him quiet high. This is not done. I dont recommend such places who play dirty tactics.

i would give it 0 starts if i could, this shop is a scam i took my car and explained the mechanic i had taken my car to get check before and i knew what the problem was but i wanted him to give me a second opinion (based on the reviews it seemed like a good place to go and it’s only 5min away from me so it was convenient as well) i don’t really know if he did check because in a couple of minutes he told me “yes that’s the problem & we doing all this & that…” he work really quick on it (about 4-5 hrs) and my car was returned to me the same day, my car seemed to be running good at first but i could feel the problem was still there and i payed $1400 for nothing couple of days passed by and i found one of the air presión hose disconnected, this was so sketchy cuz my husband had taken his truck there around the same time as i did and we found exactly the same hose disconnected (he had paid around $1000 and the problem on his truck wasn’t fixed as well). This is one of those places where you take your car and instead of fixing the problem just get worst, waste of money & time, don’t trust this business!

I absolutely love this place. I know the words honest and mechanic usually do not belong in the same sentence but these guys are truly honest mechanics. I have been having my car serviced here for about 3 years. They have always done wonderful work and customer service is top tier. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs.

Came here when my car had an engine light. Very nice and courteous folks. Figured out my engine misfired and got me going in less than an hour. Didnt know there was such a nice Mech in the neighborhood. Reasonably priced as well.

I have been coming to this shop for many years, even when my buddy Tony Lim owned it. The current owner, Ulises has always been the master mechanic for the shop. He is honest, kind, professional, and he does excellent work on vehicles. I'm always satisfied when I drive off. I highly recommend this shop.

Loved the service they did to my gold impala, I editing this one because my other one was deleted! This good report is when TONY LIMM own it. I went back to get the same good service that I thought I was gonna get a few years back. But the new owners screwed me over they vandalize my car! They left my trunk unlocked and they tried to get me to pay for services that I already got the first time when Tony LIMM was there. I will never ever go to this place again I advise any woman that goes there to get their car fixed have to a man available Or someone that really knows about cars with them. Its a shame that we have to have a man to be with us just to get our car service this place is not an honest place
