Took my car there to be fixed when I couldn’t drive it so it was there for about 2 months. Got my car back with the back seat things popped off, car wouldn’t start unless it was put into neutral and said multiple times they fixed the latch to open my hood, but almost a year later it is still broken and cannot open the hood to do an oil change :( Had multiple other car places tell me not to go back.

I went to Two Fingers because I was told that they are like Tire Masters. All about Family and Community. So I went there, because my van had no heat. I get the call saying it would cost $1,550. It was the actuators. I was like oh no, because I didn’t want to put that much money into it, getting a newer car soon. So when I went to pick my car up, the older gentleman told me it was an 8-9 job, and it was all labor. So I did my google research, bought 2 actuators for the driver and passenger side for $375, and my husband did both of them in an hour! I trusted Two Fingers for a fair price, but obviously they are taking advantage of a woman. I am so blown away with the price they quoted me, and to tell me it takes 8-9 hours. They are nothing like Tire Masters!!!

We have been customers of Two Fingers for 4 years. They always have great service, trustworthy and fair. The other week they went above and beyond. My car was giving me trouble on Thursday evening and I was planning on going out of town the next day. I brought my car in at 1pm on Friday and they had it fixed by the end of the business day even though they were short staffed! Thank you!

If you’re looking for first class automotive care with a family feel I highly recommend Two Fingers! Not only will they get the job done correctly but they will always take the time to make sure you understand exactly what was done to your vehicle and why. If I could leave a 10 star review I would!

We took my son’s truck to them to fix. They charged us over $4000.00 to fix the check engine code the truck was giving. Four times we had to take the truck back to them with the same code. The guy that works the front desk is rude and not helpful -AT ALL!!! Actually talks down to the customers. Talked to the owner after the fourth time there and he said he would make it right. He isn’t a man of his word because my son left with his truck and the lights were back on. Went to autozone and had the codes read…same code as the four previous times. When we called to tell them it was still not fixed we got the runaround.

I made arrangements to drop my vehicle off on Tuesday night for Wednesday morning. First thing Wednesday Matt called and said that they had determined what I thought was the problem was not. He told me what it was and ordered the part for Thursday. He called mid morning and said it was ready. The repair was way less than expected. I am pleased so far with his communication and the time frame it took to repair. I feel sure he will be my go to guy now.

We have taken our vehicles to Two Fingers Automotive ever since we moved to Mooresville 3+ years ago. Everyone there is knowledgeable and efficient. Their prices are very fair. They could NOT be friendlier or more helpful. When we drive home from Two Fingers Automotive, we feel confident that our vehicle has been in good hands and we can drive home safely. (It may take us a while to get home because of Mooresville traffic, but Two Fingers Automotive can’t do everything! 🤪)

AC compressor failed on my Civic a couple weeks ago, these guys got it replaced quickly and for about half as much money as I was quoted by another local shop. Matt was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Awesome shop! My wife needed her car inspected, we stopped by and they worked us in quickly. Highly recommended. (they do ask for appointments as they are a small shop)

I got a flat moving back to North Carolina. I dropped off my car and asked them to look at my tire and tell me how much it is to get a new one. They called me a day later with a list of things wrong, all that are not urgent or needing to be fixed. Decided to not use them but they forced me to pay $112 bucks for simply looking at my clearly flat tire. They did a full on car inspection without me asking and charged me for it. The price estimate for repairs are almost double the average at other mechanics. They expected $680 for 4 new tires. Rip off! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Vehicle was only scheduled as an oil change, yet I was charged $25 to replace a turn signal bulb that I did not ask for. Would have preferred being called before the repair was made since I already had a replacement bulb at home.

This place is one of the few who are upfront and honest. Never try to upsell you anything not needed. This is a place I would send my mom so wouldnt have to worry about her getting taken advantage of..
