Great, honest service. Blaine is a great mechanic and a good person. I never have to worry about being overcharged or false repairs being pushed on me. Everything he does is on time and costs what he quoted before repairs started. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately for 67hundredthz his review was inaccurate. His truck was towed in due to a broken transmission case and no transfer case in the vehicle. A used transmission was installed and the truck was started for the first time at the shop since being towed in, and a rod knock was discovered. The engine was rebuilt per the customers request. More than a year had gone by since the customer had called in stating his transmission was removed and taken to a transmission shop. If you don't return to the shop that originally did the work no warranty can be given.

I give them 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. They blew up my engine while my truck was in there getting a complete transmission rebuild and after spending $8000 I went less than 3000 miles before my transmission exploded going down the highway. When I took my truck to Monroe they informed me that everything in the transmission was installed incorrectly and things that I was charged for had never been done either. Now today the new owner because the last one died tell me that they never rebuilt my transmission at all and it’s one from a junkyard. These are Scheisters and I ll be seeing them in court

He was very nice and gave me an honest answer. I only had a limited amount of money to work with and he definitely worked with me and only repaired the major thing needed and gave me an estimated time frame of when the rest needed to be fixed by and all of the little tips to keep my car going. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ! In Oct 2018 I purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from John L. Sulivan. Approximately 2 weeks ago the brake rotor on the right front wheel became deeply gouged around the whole outer edge (1" wide). As I'm driving on the hwy, brake went out completely. Fortunately I was able to drive my truck the last few miles (extremely slow) to my residence. Not having a mechanic I could trust or even knew of one . . a friend suggested calling "Twin City Auto" on Yuba City. So I did, Blaine answered the phone (very professional). He listened carefully as I explain my brake system on that wheel gouged my rotor and I can not drive it. He came to my house after working all day in 95 temp with all parts needed to repair the brake. As he disassembled the brake pads etc . . he showed me the brake pads had been installed INCORRECTLY by the place I bought the trk from. He was very concerned about how the dealership allowed this to have happened. Blaine explained and showed me in detail how the brakes work, should be installed and how my life was in danger. He is extremely knowledgable and caring towards his customers and thier families. He knows beyond doubt what he is doing. Thanks to Blaine he and his shop has gained a lifetime customer !

They are fair, quick and courteous. They don't try to get you to spend more. They'll provide estimates for what needs to be fixed, what should be fixed soon, and what you might want to do in the future when you have spare money/time. They do smog checks and fix lots of different vehicles.

Twin Cities Auto Works is great. I have been a customer for over ten years. They are always very concerned about what I want done to my car. The work is always completed correctly and on time. I have recommended them many times over the years
