What a great shop! They took my car in right away after getting a flat and quoted me an excellent price on two new tires. Customer service was top notch and vehicle service was done by the end of the day. They even knocked a loose part of my bumper back in and performed a courteous free inspection! Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

I had to have 4 tires replaced today. I called to make an appointment. You have a choice of tires to purchase. Tires vary in prices. I chose a better quality tire with a very good guarantee. A bit more pricey but worth it. You get higher milage on quality tires. They had the tires ready for mounting and balanced. I even had a wheel alignment. Twenty First Century Auto are very efficient and do their job well. I highly recommend them. I have had different repairs done there from exhaust system to oil change. Always satisfied with their services. Very friendly too.

Took a used truck from a dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection they did at Twenty First Century Auto was very thorough and saved me from buying a truck that had several thousand dollars worth of potential repair needs. Well worth the minor fee for the inspection!

I recently had some noise issues and a traction control light come on, so I needed to have those issues checked immediately. I chose to take it to 21st Century because they had high ratings and good customer feedback. They exceeded my expectations when the thoroughness of their report came back. I’ve honestly never had the detail of inspection, that they provided. The work was done in a timely manner and although the traction control issue was not something the shop was capable of, they were able to steer me in the right direction. The rest of the work was great! I feel confident driving my car now, knowing that all the work they put in, was safety related and no more noise! I will be going back to them for a future issues.

Staff is friendly and very accurate with the quote. I will likely come here again ( hopefully not soon ) when my car needs anything else. Came back to get some new tires. As always, super friendly staff. I was presented with options for my tires ahead of time so that when I dropped off the car the interaction needed was minimal.

We went in with a car we were pretty sure needed a new transmission, told by a dealership it was the transmission. We were prepared to pay 4-5k in repairs. Guys they fixed the car for 300 and explain in detail exactly what was an issue and that our transmission was fine. They could have done what so many mechanics have done in the past and charged for unnecessary work but they were honest with us. They even fixed our passenger side door for free because they saw it was loose. It is so hard to find a mechanic that knows what they are doing and isn’t morally bankrupt, I urge everyone who is in need, this is a great mechanic. They even gave a hand made felt Turkey lollipop for thanksgiving ❤️😭❤️

Good work and good attitudes. Life saver. Another shop close in area put a engine in my car and refuse to correct his bad work and no warranty but 21 century got my car working be after having to spend more money to keep peace.. God is good!!!!

Oil was leaking into my coolant, which was already prediagnosed by 2 other auto shops. The first shop didn't work with engines. And the second shop, did a lot of work, but couldn't fully resolve the issue. So I read reviews and decided to take my car to 21st Century Auto. I came with loads of paperwork, and engine codes. I was hoping that the paperwork would substitute a diagnostics fee. However I do understand that 21st needed to do their own diagnostics, to isolate the issue. After two visits they were able to resolve the issue. I am really happy with the service and they were really informative.

Well, the lady on the phone was very polite, respectful and caring, but she gave me one price and then when I got there, they gave me a more expensive price which I did not appreciate so I never even went to the place

First time customer. Came here after bad experience at another garage. Person at check in very friendly and even provided ride to and from my house. Technician talked me thru what was tested/inspected and turns out what I thought might be a problem was not an issue at all. Minimal charge and I left feeling confident my vehicle was safe to drive. Will use again and highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and helpful but it’s easy to be cheerful when you are fleecing people for car diagnostics. Almost $300 for them to tell me what my OBD2 scanner told me before I brought it in. Great people but horrible pricing. Definitely would not recommend going here.
