I had very enjoyable experience at Turner's. The customer service was above bar. The owner was very nice and personable as well as the staff; and the price was unbelievable; I had to ask them if they was sure because the prices that I have been quoted elsewhere were far more expensive for the service I requested. This was my first experience with them but I don't believe it will be my last. This was a reminder for me about the personability and charm of small businesses; continue to do great work. Thank you for a great experience.

My car broke down coming back from Christmas vacation with my family. I took my vehicle to them during the busy winter season and they told me how quickly they could get to my vehicle in terms of servicing and diagnosing the issue. They called back the next day and told me about my total engine failure. They were even able to tell me about my cars recalls affecting the vehicle and suggested that i take it to a near by dealer for free repairs. They put me in contact with a very reasonably priced towing company who was able to get it over to the dealer the same day! They did not waste my time. They didn't charge me some exuberate fee, and they were not unwilling to recommend a solution which did not provide them more business. If you have an issue with your vehicle, this is where you want to take it.

Edit : They have absolutely gotten a customer for life. They are always so kind and helpful, never try to over sell me or take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I will always recommend this business to people I know!!! Had a really great experience, Im so glad I came here. They were very kind and communicative and kept me updated about my car. The pricing was very fair in my opinion for everything they did to it. I trust them far more with big repairs then other auto shops Ive visited. I really appreciate them taking good care of my baby and making sure all the codes were cleared appropriately (other shops have not). I feel very confident in their ability to fix things right!

I used to take my Mazda to the dealership where I bought it for service because I trusted them, but they were overly expensive and difficult to book. Turner’s will be my new go-to shop for maintenance and repairs. They are transparent with costs and very fair with pricing. You’re texted a link to review what was done with your vehicle and their recommendations, and they follow up with a phone call to make sure you’re on the same page. The staff are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. The turnaround time on my maintenance was also extremely quick. I had a laundry list of items to look at, and they also found issues I wasn’t aware of that they were able to fix.

Amazing people and amazing service! I’m currently traveling with a truck and loaded trailer from NY to FL. I lost 6th,5th, and 4th gear in my 6.2L Ford on 95 and limped it to the next exit I could and so luckily came across this shop. I was stumped on what it could be, fearful it was my transmission. I walked up and told the shop manager my situation and issues and he immediately plugged the scanner in and advised me of the problems and solutions. As I was fearful time wise trying to get to flordia before the hurricane, they immediately ordered the parts and dug into the truck and had me fixed and on my way as soon as the parts came in. He also told me and showed me what happened with full transparency. I can’t recommend this shop enough!! Thank you all!

Everyone that works at Turner’s Auto is genuine and kind! I took both our family cars to have oil changes and state inspections and both experiences were seamless. They truly love what they do and take pride in helping their customers! Highly recommend!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Turner's Auto Service! Their guys are extremely knowledgeable and couldn't be nicer to deal with. They have worked on my vehicle twice and, both times, they were thorough and did a fine job. I especially commend Austin--he was very pleasant to deal with and it's evident he is skilled at diagnosing problems. I'm so glad I found this independent auto service.
