Do not go to Tuned by Jp for anything. Brought my 2017 Supercharged Camaro to them to check an engine light and see what was the problem. I call back two days later and they said they tuned it and the check engine light was gone. Then they said they thought the head gasket was leaking so they wanted to get a different one. After they ordered two wrong parts, $2400 down, bad tune, 2 weeks later I finally get my car back and theirs a massive crack on the windshield. Which they will not cover. Now I need to get it retuned (they said they increased it by 35+hp which I did not ask for, it does not pull at all. I’m running 575 to the wheels and I was spinning in second before, now 2nd feels like 4th) and replace the windshield. If you need a tune go to Hiwasse here in Roger’s.

I want to thank Jim Parkinson at Tuned by JP in Van Buren, Arkansas for a great job on our Chevelle. Jim was super patient with us as we got the car ready for him. Very thorough on tune and made sure car was healthy and dependable with a shot of nitrous. His whole crew was amazing and professional. Being in manufacturing my working career, I was impressed with the shop flow and layout as well as quality of workmanship. Thanks Jim and Lovina… Kim and I enjoyed our time at your shop.

Jp was an awesome guy and completely honest, I drove 3 hours to get my car to him based on the great things I’ve heard. My 2010 Camaro ss was not running right and he immediately got it on the dyno and knew the problem, it had a blown charge pipe for the supercharger and not only did he find the problem he custom fabricated a new metal charge pipe to replace it because he said he diddnt want me to drive 3hrs for no results. Overall great experience and he showed me around the shop, would highly recommend Tuned by jp

My car ran like crap, but JP did his magic and it runs fantastic. The proof is seeing the car run on his dyno. Go to 1965 big block Impala that he has down loaded on his site. Seeing is believing.

No stars, if I could give negative stars I would. I called on Friday wanting the VATS deleted out of my truck super simple. I was told that he’d have to ask for a price and call me back. I followed up Monday evening was told he didn’t forget about me just been busy, yet again call Wednesday afternoon and was still told he was to busy to ask but would try and work it in. Almost a week and I couldn’t get a simple price, if their that busy they obviously don’t need my money.

These Guys Are The BEST! I have a 04 F150, Supercharged, and Alot, of major mods and upgrades. My Rosemary,s Baby Project. Went to JP because they are the only ones in this area who have the Skillset to tune my truck. They actually dynoed my rig twice. 1st time, I thought it was ready for dyno but the numbers proved me wrong. I was shocked at how low the final numbers came in. Called the guys at JP and the gave me the advice I needed. Followed their suggestions, made the changes and took her back for a rematch. When I got the call from JP, I was Floored!!! Pulled the digits i was hoping for and some. Nearly doubled the original tune numbers! They Nailed it! Now my rig is a real Threat!!! Not gonna give up the stats, but if you happen to see an 04 F150 rumbling near you. Beware!!! It was Tuned by JP!!!

I wouldn't to send my lawn mower to this guy. He might be good for a basic LS tune, if it's any more complex than that run. Office doesn't return calls put your car off for weeks on end, I could go on and on but trust me I gave them the okay to do whatever they needed to do to make my car run right and it left the shop running like garbage. Found a professional tuner out of Texas that knows how to tune an LT1, we did a remote tune and the car is running flawlessly. This guy had my vehicle for 8 months. It ran as bad the day I finally got it out of there on a tow truck as when I dropped it off.

Tune did very little power gain for amount paid in cash, appointment was highly annoying. Don't think I'll use again.

Tuned by JP is one of the best tuners in the nation. He was able to squeeze every drop out of my 06 hemi and is amazing with all forms of fuel injection and chassis tuning/fabrication. Hit these guys up for anything and everything.

Had my 16 charger in for a cam swap, intake manifold and longtubes. Got car back with 02 sensor issues and made multiple trips back for my check engine light. Now I'm leaking coolant and oil. Took it to a shop and have a bad head gasket and they cracked my timing cover. This was the first time being apart and I haven't had anyone touch it since. They messed up and won't do anything about it. I got recommended to them because they were the best. Now I'm paying few thousand dollars out of pocket to fix what they broke. They reused my intake gaskets,and head gaskets and timing cover gasket. Cost me 3500 to have everything fixed again

Had the shop install a Pro Charger on my 21 Mach 1. The install eventually got done and I was happy with the workmanship. Brandon at the counter did his best to communicate and schedule the visits necessary to get the car tuned. But from what I could determine it was JP who would not honor an appt made weeks earlier. I drove over 100 miles only to be told I must leave the car. No warning about that change and since I had no way home that was not going to happen. And Jim the owner would not even walk up front so we could figure something out. Worse experience ever in a auto shop. So I am still dealing with drivability issues unresolved and can only say find another shop. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Took my 5.0 F150 to them for a tune. From the start I had issues after the tune. When I called, they would never answer the phone. Took the truck back and was told by Jim that the tune was perfect and there is nothing wrong with it. Wouldn’t look or drive the truck. He then wanted more money to look into the issue. I asked them to flash the truck back to stock and he wanted an additional $100. I took the truck to another tuner which overlayed a stock tune to compare. It looks like he just changed shift pressures and throttle. They told me I paid $500 for a pedal commander instead of a tune. JP also had me put a larger cold air intake on and they didn’t even tune for the increases airflow. Would stay away from this shop!!

Worst shop I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service. JP is rude and is horrible to his customers and he doesn’t care. He blew up my engine and said nothing, not even a sorry, and even tried to blame me. He is Very unprofessional. all he cares about is money and not his customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It is Not worth going here at all.

built bad motor, used excessive oil for a year. 'maybe the rings will seat.' 1 qt per thousand miles oil usage. wait, wait, wait for new replacement.

Had them tune my truck. On the way home check engine light came on. Gave them a call, no answer. Left a message, never got a call back. Found out from another shop they didn’t turn off rear o2 sensors. Cats were deleted. Called them back, voice mail was full. Why would a business not check there messages. Engine would stall turning corner at intersection. Had to get it tuned by another shop to get it done correctly. Totally wasted $500 for a performance tune at their shop. Would not recommend at all, stay away.

I brought my 1989 F250, which has a Holley Sniper on a 460 cid, to JP for a tune. I was having some troubles with idling, overall performance and the truck did not want to start in the cold. JP addressed every issue and several issues that I didn't know about. JP and his crew were professional, efficient and gave me more than I had hoped for. You can trust them with your vehicle.

If you are a motorsports enthusiast, or just want to get the most from your daily driver, you need to go here. Tuned by JP is doing great things. After I picked up my truck, I thought she was going to grow wings and fly. They are very friendly and professional. If you call and they don't answer - give them some time. It's because they are busy working.

Wouldn't have anyone else tune my car he did an amazing job. If you want it done right use tuned by JP awesome customer service and just down right good people will be using them again!
