Due to an employee illness, my repair took an extended amount of time, however, the new manager was awesome. He was fun to talk to, and very professional. The time went quickly and I was quite satisfied with the service. If there's one criticism I have it would be for the company to expand the coffee service with some sugar free options. Big thanks!

Great customer service. Alan (the Store Manager) was very friendly and so was his entire staff! Alan made sure I understood what I was getting done to my vehicle and helped me determine when I need to return for certain repairs. The service report included photos and was very easy to read. Will be going back for my 100k tune up.

The shop is a great value. The workers are considerate and knowledgeable. The manager cares about your experience as a customer. There’s a savings coupon available online. If you’re tired of the high prices elsewhere, give Tuffys a try, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

This location is fantastic. Service was immediate from 2 different technicians, zero time waiting. Absolutely above and beyond with being thorough and kind on the coldest day of the year. Alan, Roger and the entire crew at this location are true gems!

Experienced vehicle issues while traveling in the late hours of the night. Alan was able to get me in first thing the following day and the crew had me back on the road promptly- vehicle performing better than ever before! The quality of service, fast troubleshooting & repair, and the deal I received, turned a “bad trip home” from vacation into a great one by their service! Highly recommend!! Wish I could give 10 stars.

This is the first time we have stopped by this place, and we are nothing but satisfied. They did the work well and quickly and were able to honor some discounts we found from mailers. Apparently the place used to have a not so great reputation but there is a new manager and things now are great, we will be using them in the future!

Tuffy does not deserve good reviews. We brought them the Kia Telluride for an oil change a few months back, and they also recommended to change brake pads, even though there were no squeek, vibrations, or any visible problems. We agreed since car had about 45,000 miles on it, and even though according to Kia their brakes can last up to 70,000 miles, we didn't want to jeopardize safety. They assured us of the high quality of materials and labor they perform. They changed the brakes, we paid, and left. About three months later we started feeling the breaks making pulsating vibration. We thought it would go away on its own, and could be short-term. However, it remained. Finally, after we did another oil change (we try to change oil every 4,000 miles) at a different mechanic, we asked them about the problem. They test drove the car and said they definitely can feel the same issue, and asked if we wanted them to inspect the brakes, and if needed, change them. We agreed. They were shocked to find the new brake pads being piece of junk cheapest possible crap that easily overheats in city driving at 35-40 miles an hour, and get dust everywhere. They ordered proper high quality ceramic brakes as replacement for the two front wheels. We paid $615 to them for high quality work on changing both pads and rotors -- after paying couple hundred to Tuffy just a few months ago for "new" pads. Tuffy obviously takes advantage of the fact that we don't start over them when they work. I now doubt they properly replace oil and/or filter - they probably skim on that, too. What is for sure is that they did do terrible work with brake pads on our car, where their "brand new" crap performed much worse than our old, native brake pads installed by the manufacturer (we are the first and only owners of the car).

5 stars all the way. Manager Allen was great, you could tell he loves his job and treats his clients like family. I had my commuter car break down and had to get it towed to Tuffys then within a day, had the breaks go on my 2nd car ! Allen and the district manager really helped me get a great deal to fix both of my cars and fast! My challenger was in and out with new rotors and break pads in a few hours - thanks mechanic Noah !! I felt very welcome while I was waiting for my car to be done and would definitely recommend Tuffys fields Ertel for your automotive needs.

After looking online for someone to do an alignment on my car, I found some excellent reviews about this Tuffy Auto. I’ll add another excellent review! Alan got my car in and done in about an hour- everyone was professional and I felt comfortable working with them. Give them a try- I’ll come back,

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to in my life. Do not trust these crooks they scam you and tell you they have done your services but they don’t I got an oil change and 2 weeks later my car said I’m due for an oil change. Told me changing my air filters will make my ac cold again but didn’t work.

Single worse experience with a shop!! Spent 4500$ for transmission work/ didn’t even get 4000 miles out of it… Brain makes a copy of my receipt called me a couple days later told me to drop it off a Monday it’s under warranty, then called me back said it’s not under warranty “he” made a mistake. I had to have it towed to the shop on fields Ertel ($231) only to have to eat that expense as well.Brandon (regional manager) said they found a 500$ transmission and put it in my truck. Very disrespectful,underhanded, scoundrels.They will put just any old trash in your vehicle and charge you top dollar. Beware of this business!!! :EDIT: Even after the response to this review, months later nothing has happened “not anything”. Still paying on a loan that I got for them to put “Junk” parts in my truck. The responses are just for show. They have no interest in making anything right.. This business is a bunch of scoundrels and do not deserve anyone’s business. Be very leary of these people!!!!

Yesterday was the first time I used Tuffy services. Other car service companies can not beat their prices or timely service. The customer servce was superior. They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Now that I know about Tuffy I am a customer for life and will spread the word to my family, friends and coworkers🧡
