I stopped in for an unscheduled visit with a nail in my tire. They were able to take care of it immediately and only charged me $32. While I waited, I watched them deal with two other customers —lowered the price on the services they were providing ,And even did one repair with no charge to a gentleman. I would come back here again and highly recommend it.

I visited Tuffy in Cypress today to get an oil change, and I was impressed with their excellent service. Not only did they handle the oil change efficiently, but they also noticed and fixed a nail in my tire that I didn’t even know was there. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend!

I found a large nail in my tire and went to see if it could be patched without a new tire. They fixed the hole and we were out of there in less than 30 mins. They were very friendly and very reasonablely priced. I highly recommend this Tuffy's.

Coming from a (motorsports) shop owner they treated me the way I treat my customers, don't try to over sell, professional and understanding that money is harder to come by these days and are well to try and work with you too the best they can with out angering the Is corporate overlords, lol jk but just a outstanding staff too work with, I will be back!!!!

Couldn't get my husband's vehicle fixed, but they recommend a place that maybe able to get the part and do the work. I will definitely let them work on my car, if need be.

Had a flat tire, helped to connect me with a tow company to change the spare. Then went to this location to get the tire patched and placed back on. Staff was thorough and kept me updated a few times coming into the lobby to speak with me about what they were doing and reassure me with a full tire and sensor inspection. Quick and efficient service from scheduling the appointment same day and service completed within a half hour. Thank you so much!
