Tuffy did a great job on my vehicle. They gave me a quote on everything that was wrong. And recommended what repairs were most urgent to repair in regard to my vehicle.

Came for an oil change and tired rotation at an agreed upon price. Came for the appointment and left with a 2,400 plus bill of other things I should have done and an excuse why they couldn't rotate the tires. What a joke. I don't recommend giving them your business.

I gotta say this was one of the most delightful experiences getting car service as I have ever had! The office was clean and smelled nice, I had an appointment and my car was taken in right on time. Joyce was just the nicest person ever, she showed me the coffee area, assisted with my service and had my car in and out in less than an hour! Tuffy will be my place to go for all of my car services, the tech was polite and professional as well. Fabulous and Tuffy owner/s I hope you appreciate Joyce and the wonderful job she does. Time for a raise!!!! ☺️

My family and I have been going to this location of Tuffy’s for years and I can’t praise them enough. The quality of work is exceptional. Joyce, Scott and the entire gang treat customers with respect and such kindness. I can not recommend them highly enough! They give car service and repair a name to be proud of.

While extremely satisfied with the work done, I was a little discouraged by the condition of the interior of the car. The “glue” from the previous oil change sticker was left on the windshield and the driver side door was left with something black (as if something dirty had been rubbed on it) around the arm rest(I have white interior). The lack ofattention to detail was discouraging.

I have so many good things to say about this little store and the people that run it. I have come here for everything from an oil change battery replacement tire replacement transmission leaking issues. There is no other store. I trust Moore to be more truthful or fair in pricing. If I get a quote from somewhere else, I always bring my car here to have tIn their reputation, everybody in this neighborhood takes their cars here with the same result. If you're looking for an honest, sincere, and good place to take your car, you should take it here.

I live in Maryland. When I come to visit my daughter & her family and if I need car services my car is taken to Tuffy Tire & Auto Service every time. The staff, technicians, including Scott & Joyce are excellent workers. However, Ms Joyce Crouse is one of my reason I keep coming back. She is not only professional, a people person, has a lot of patience & answer all of your questions. It’s not always about Quantity but Quality. That is what Ms Joyce Crouse gives- Quality service to me & her customers.

I recently visited Tuffy Auto and Tire Service and had a truly outstanding experience. Joyce, in particular, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to assist me with my tire needs, trying her best to get my tires covered under an outside warranty program that I had when I first bought my car. Her dedication and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free. Joyce also helped me find reasonably priced tires, which significantly lessened my financial burden. Beware of what you are paying for here. The people are friendly and knowledgeable but they are going to charge you 3-4 times more than what the part costs. For example an oil filter assembly and a thermostat for a 2017 Jeep is available for any average joe to buy at car quest or any other parts store for around 325 dollars with no discounts but they will charge you just under 800 for the exact same part that they are getting a mechanics discount on. The labor costs here are pretty standard though. Be careful and look at what you are paying for here and know that if you are able to take your car elsewhere that there are places that will not try to scam you on parts.

I have had vibration problems in my Odyssey that dealer couldn't figure out the root cause. They kept recommending wheel alignment which didn't solve the problem. Tuffy mechanic was quick point out one of my tires was a wrong size causing the issue. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis. Good customer and honest work.

Somehow a nail ‘jumped’ into my tire…again…for the 9th time this month 😭😭. Happened to drive by Tuffy so I swinged by to get it patched up. Joyce and Billy were amazing …seeing that I had kids with me, they pulled me in and within 15-20 minutes, my tire was patched up and good to go. When I got up to pay, Joyce said no charge…I was so surprised! When I got a nail a few weeks ago, I took it to the place where I just bought 4 brand new tires ($1000+) with them, they said my tires didn’t come with warranty bc of a certain brand and they’ll have to charge me $30 for the patch. So yes, this took me by surprise in term of their professionalism, kindness and quality service. I told myself that when it’s time to get new tires, I’ll def come back to Tuffy. Thank you Team for lightening up my life on that beautiful Saturday afternoon.;)
