So I was having some major issues with my car that needed to be looked at, saw this place on my way to work. Zack (Assistant Manager) figured out what was wrong with my car, and left it to get worked on. There were some hiccups with my car nothing crazy but Zach got me an uber to take me home. The next day I needed yet another Uber and this time Ernest(GM) stepped in and got me and Uber, which to begin with I never expected. Jose, Zach and Ernest(Technician) kept me up to date on everything! So finally my car is safe to drive and for my troubles (even though it was out of their hands) was worked out and again totally unexpected! They went above and beyond and I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much! Fantastic customer service!!!

Great service, friendly staff. My only issues are that a simple oil change took an hour and cost $120! I’ve never paid that much for an oil change! Anywhere! Otherwise, lovely staff!

Excellent service and attention to detail from Debbie and staff. I moved to NC in April ‘24. I’ve been to Tuffy Mavis 2 times. They’ve done 2 electronic scans on my car, free of charge. Went to Randy Marion Cadillac even though I had a scan that was taken the day before to show them, They charged $250. I Will go there in January or February for new tires. They also fixed my drivers seat! I highly recommend this place.

I visited this Tuffy / Mavis Garage for new brakes because my truck computer sensed the need for new brakes and mileage would agree... However, rather than sell me the new pads, Jose and the team confirmed I didn't need them. They continued to search for a faulty sensor and other related issues - all free of charge! These guys are above and beyond. A lady named Amber answered the phone and was so helpful and friendly. When I got there, she got me right in. 2 guys named Mason and Isom chatted with me about my problems and went above and beyond to get all my car issues solved. Could not thank this team enough!

This Mavis location provided me with a great experience while getting a new set of tires installed, thanks to Ernest and his team. As a local resident, I would happily recommend stopping by. Ernest also took the time to inform me about necessary maintenance for my car and how we could address it efficiently. It was one of the best automotive experiences I've had in a long time.

Thought I needed brakes but had them checked and they were fine. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Had them flush the brake fluid and was out in less than an hour. Very happy with the service.

Debbie went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. She offered to help us finance our services that we needed but couldn’t pay out of pocket by using the flex shopper option and it’s a good option if you have needs and can’t afford it all up front! Her and Rodney were very professional and not pushy!

I had a fantastic experience. Amber was incredibly helpful and able to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. Extremely knowledgeable staff. I also recently received a complementary tire tread check, and they recommended new tires. Amber went above and beyond to get the right size tires for me. They're not an easy find!

On Tuesday, Nov 24, I was driving from VA to SC. About 2 hours into my trip, the tire light went on. I added air to my tire and luckily found Tuffy Tire to diagnose and fix my tire. Deborah immediately calmed my anxiety and made my car top priority. Ison, tire tech, offered to postpone his lunch to help me get back on the road. My tire was repaired in a short time. I highly recommend Tuffy and hope there will be one near my new home in SC.
