It has been a while since I had work done at Tuffy's, but they were helpful where others were not. We were treated well and our needs were met. I see a lot of repairs being done there, so other drivers must agree with me. It is comforting to know they are there for our automotive needs.

Brad always delivers. Ready on time. Thorough and gives you information to consider without pressure for add-ons. We've used Tuffy for years with no problems.

Great staff! Always willing to help. They also keep you informed of cost and new items they might find that you need to consider fixing, and the turn around time is awesome!

Called them to see if they could get my car in on the spur of a moment - they were completely willing and able to do it. Turns out it was a minor issue and they only charged me for the time it took to determine what it was. They quoted me some additional things that could be done/fixed but not urgent and then quotes were definitely reasonable. Will be going back for sure!

I’ve taken my cars in for oil changes and always had amazing service. This time my teenage daughter’s car needed work done. As a single mom, money is tight. I knew up front it would be expensive but I knew they would be honest about what needed done. Brad gave me quotes for numerous things. I got the two major things fixed for now. Not even an hour later, a hose malfunctioned and my daughter’s car started leaking coolant like crazy. I called Tuffys, Brad looked at it and Tuffys got it fixed as soon as possible at no charge (thank god bc I had just spent $986 there). So thank you Tuffy’s for always being honest, helpful and always having great customer service!

I was treated with incredible kindness and service here. I dropped into Tuffy unannounced when I had a surprise problem on my way home from a trip. My car was taken in and repaired immediately even though they were busy and could have easily turned me away. Thank you so much, you run a fantastic business.

My car had very low tire pressure and everywhere else's air machine was frozen. They were kind enough to personally air my tires for free. Very kind and helpful people!

Went in to get a couple of new issues checked out with my 2018 Impala, and I was pleased with how things are handled at this location. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was taken in without an appointment or wait time, which was incredibly helpful to my situation. It's also worth noting the staff was very forward about everything they were doing, and what they were ascertaining as far as issues, and were also willing to point out everything visually as well as offer advice that could save money on my end. This was my first time coming to this location, but it won't be the last. Thank you, guys

The Staff at this location consistently provide awesome Customer Service! I was able to make an appointment and get in the next business day. Several other places quoted me 4-5 times higher than Tuffy's or said they didn't have the equipment do the headlight installation on my Jeep. They were on time with my appointment and I was in / out in no time.

They put a sticker on the car for the next service date. When I called Tuffy, they told me nothing was on their file. After 10 minutes of waiting, they hang up.

Gave us a estimate for $750 Another muffler place repaired it for $200. total. Saved $550. by not getting the repair done at Tuffys.

They got me in right away and pulled out a screw in the tire and checked for leak. Fortunately there wasn’t one but they didn’t charge me for the inspection. Brad at the front was professional and friendly

Tuffey was the first auto place we tried going to after we moved here, and now we won’t go anywhere else! Our experiences with them have always been exceptional! The employees are always very accommodating and kind, and their prices are affordable. They don’t push any repairs or maintenance tasks on you that you don’t need, and they get the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new auto shop.
