I have had my inspections here for the last 4 years. They give fast excellent service. This time I also had oil change and still only waited a short time. They are friendly yet professional. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about Tuffy’s.

I went to ask if they can install my new battery because the AutoZone next-door couldn’t get my old one off. But since it wasn’t a Tuffy battery and they weren’t willing to help. It wasn’t like I wasn’t going to pay for the service.

My extended warranty is stupid.. Tuffy Auto fixed it. The staff and owners are A+ wonderful. Everything is great even the coffee is great. Tuffy Auto should be your first and last stop, because you are Tuff and worthy! Thank you team!!

Needed to inflate a tire that was fixed but not inflated to the right pressure. When I got to the store was already late and the compressor had been turned off and bled. Not only the turned the compressor back on, but inflated and equalized all tires (including spare). In top of it all: no charge. I know who will be replacing my tires when I’m in need…

I had two vehicles inspected here this year. One needed a battery (which I purchased elsewhere), they didn't try to pressure me into purchasing one there. That didn't cause the inspection to fail. The other one had dry rot tires which did cause the vehicle to fail inspection. They didn't try to pressure me into buying tires there. I have had several inspections there with no issues. Also good coffee.

Service was incredible! Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful and got all the answers for the questions I had. She even realized I was overcharged for my inspection, so they immediately told me and applied a discount to further work I needed done. Definitely going to be going back! From my first experience, they stay honest and try to do the right thing.

They reassured me multiple times how thorough they are in diagnosing and fixing issues unlike other mechanics. I had trust in them to fix my leaking oil.Took them less than half a day to “fix” the issue.Unfortunately the issue was not fixed.Went back to them and come to find out.There isn’t anything they can do to fix the issue.Wasted time and money

I had a fantastic experience with Tuffy Tire. The process of having my car towed to the garage was smooth and hassle-free, even on a weekend. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. I took my truck in for a fuel pump and got the fuel pump put in and they said it was not that so they asked me if I wanted them to do a diagnostic check and I told them go ahead and do it and then they came back and said that my fuse relay box is bad and need to be replaced and I told them I will come and get my truck I got it home and I got it to start with no problem whatever they did during the diagnostic gave me a check engine light there were no lights on when I took it to them and I told them about it and they said it was already on which I know it was not on so I'm very disappointed and upset because now I have to find how to wire my check engine light is on because they don't want to fix it when they cause to check engine light

SCAM STAY AWAY, paid $1800 and my car did not fix, they did wrong diagnostic they did not even offer to pay me back anything. $1800 and my car still broke so now need to take it somewhere else and pay more if you did wrong diagnostic or did not fix my car you should pay me at lest something back not just taking my money and my car still broke.

Tuffy’s always goes the extra mile for customers. Each employee is professional and polite. The mechanics take time to explain the service performed and to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff are friendly and the office is clean.
