Hey, these guys are top drawer. I really liked the thorough, specific inspection that allowed me to pick out those exact items that needed attention NOW in contrast to those I want done at a later date. Excellent customer service, too! Yeah, I would certainly recommend them!

Brought my 07 Camry for engine light and not running well. The lady Gineen she’s not honest person. She quoted me $1400 for valve cover gasket, spark plugs and 2 ignition coils, I said no. She said, she’ll do it for $900. I asked, how much just to replace valve gasket and spark plugs, she said come get your vehicle and I’m going to charge you diagnostic fee and hanged up the phone. I came to the shop, this time she’s telling me she’s going to give me discount and new total for the repairs are $750, I said no. After paying $161 for diagnostic I left. I don’t need a discount, what I want is someone who’s honest like Neil.

Brought my car in for an oil change and after their inspection everything looked good but my tires. Which I kinda knew. Gineen found the best deal and I had them replaced. She also submitted mybrebate. I will definitely be bringing it back

FO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would! My 70 yr old parents brought their 2015 crustier town and country in for an oil leak after having it inspected by Columbus transmission. They had it one week and when my mom got it back she instantly said something wasn’t right. She brought it to me and my boyfriend and I looked at it and there was not a drop of oil in it, very low coolant, and undercarriage covered in oil. Now mind you my parents paid over $700 two days before Christmas to have what insurance would not cover including $200 to clean the oil off underneath. Now mind you the manager Jen is completely dishonest and will talk to you about something then call you a liar. She wanted my parents to have wheel bearings replaced with pads and rotors for over a thousand more dollars, I told her no only what insurance covers because I can replace the brakes much cheaper myself and only the bearings were covered by insurance. Well not only was none of that done when we had the van towed back because there was zero oil in it the gentleman working was wondering and admitted that they forgot to fill the coolant and didnt clean the undercarriage but did this time. However nothing was ever done w the wheel bearings nor were there any notes about it. Jen the manager never noted anything about it. Well my mom drove the van out of town and I’m the middle of Mansfield the van stalls out in the middle of an intersection with a huge gas leak, a fuel line connector. $267 later in tow charges they fixed the connector Jen the manager refused to take responsibility for anything that happened, was so rude, called me a liar and she’s the one who lied about the entire wheel bearing situation. It was a mess. I just took my moms van today and now we have to take it somewhere else to make sure what we paid to have done was actually done. My parents and my kids life was put in serious danger by their extreme neglect do not bring your vehicle here!!

Gineen is the best!! She took me into the garage to point out the wear on my tires. I did need them replaced for sure. A different garage sold me tires that weren't really for my Jeep Grand Cherokee so I wore them out inflating what the door said!! She helped me get the rebate promised. Later my car was leaking oil and a lot was wrong. She helped again with a rebate and the car has been running fine! I am thankful for the young mechanic who gave up lunch to get my car running in a day!! I'll be back!!

Great service once again, came in Saturday and Gineena was there ready to help with a repair on my 🚗 that had do do with the way it was driving. The sabalizer bar in the rear needed replaced a long with changing the brake fluid. It was affordable and needed done before something more serious happened and would have cost more money. Her and Don and the Tech took care of it. My car is running great. Thanks Tuffy. Mr Alexander. And I do know about cars and they did it in timely manner professionals .

I visited this location a few month ago and I didn’t have the best experience. My review spoke for itself (which I have since deleted). I took my vehicle back to give them a second chance and the experience was much different. Gineen and Don were great! Some additional issues were discovered and they worked me with to get the best pricing possible and Gineen even found a rebate for me, and took it upon herself to submit it so I didn’t have to do the work. I’m glad I came back to give it another shot and I’ll be back again! Thanks Gineen for your dedication and for doing all you could to help.

I’ve been going there for years and Never had ANY problems. The last visit wasn’t that way I took my car in for battery. I had just under a half tank gas. When I got in my car started it up my light came on saying I had no gas . I was very VERY UPSET NO ONE KNEW HOW THAT HAPPENED AND COULDN’T EXPLAIN HOW IT HAPPENED. I’ve done set people there that’s how much I liked Tuffy. The manager did pay for my gas but the fact that the young man that replaced my battery acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about I believe he took my gas I NEVER DRIVE MY CAR ON EMPTY GAS . Y’all really need to look into that or it’s going to be some problems up there.

This team went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. They stayed late on Christmas Eve to make sure my issues were fix and safe for long distance travel! Kept a great line of communication during the work to make sure I knew what was going on and that I was aware of the costs. They also called to checkup on my car to make sure all issues were resolved!
